I will NEVER go here again! I went in yesterday wanting to see the desktop and workstation selection. Came across an HP specialist, he grabbed a Microsoft specialist. This young man went directly into attempting to sell me Microsoft 365, which I already subscribe to as I told him. He then went into selling a Best Buy membership. As I redirected him back to talking about desktops vs. workstations, he didn't even know what a WS was. Tried to force a Dell Inspiron on me which is well-underpowered for what I need for massive data analytics. I pulled up a photo of the exact same Inspiron that I saw the day before at Costco for $200 less with double the MBs. Both of these salesmen stood there while not understanding the basic questions that I was asking and trying to sell me nothing related to an actual computer. I was dumbfounded.

Big box stores are nearly impossible to review on an individual level, since they are basically all the same, operationally. However, after purchasing four major appliances at the Cascade Station store earlier this year, I have to say that there is at least one stand-out feature of this location: Anton, the gentleman in charge of assisting customers with purchasing such things.
Anton helped us find four matching appliances from the same manufacturer (a fridge, dishwasher, stove and low-profile microwave to mount above said stove), secure the best combined discount, as well as several hundred dollars worth of store credit, in the form of gift cards and rebates, which we later used to purchase a 50" inch TV for free.
While the rest of the employees are mostly indifferent, aloof, or just plain clueless at times, Anton is worth five stars on his own! Skip the rest, and head straight for the best!
