I had an online order i canceled, took too long. Came in person to buy hardware. I ride an escooter, and there's nowhere to lock it, no bike rack. Additionally, the Moment I walked in, I was stopped, and instead of offering to watch my scooter, I was told to leave my bag. I see plenty of females in store with BIG purses, yet they aren't forced to leave their bag!
I don't steal, I don't look homeless, don't look like an addict. I even wear an expensive smart watch! Obviously, my backpack is there because I travel on escooter, and keep emergency tools in my bag! I feel singled out. It's completely sexist! I'd rather they follow me around than leave my belongings in the care of a stranger! The employees were mixed. One polite, other rude. Shop at your own risk, they're pricey anyway.
At least they allowed me to use my coupon, which was "used up" in the canceled online order (ask the while giving me a hard time about the coupon)!
I have not shopped there since!

This hardware store is the worse of them all people instead of answering phone and help customers they fight with customers and hang up the phone instead of greeting customers it is just a shame… I would personally would never go to Division store again to witness that type of behavior and service…it didn’t happen to me but I felt bad for one of the customers…people should boycott this type of service.??

I was just in this location but several items one of which I was asking for help with a key fob as well as key I shouldn't found out that this is where helpful goes to die I was promptly told that they don't sell keys with no explanation and asked why I was in that section I was then shuffle down to the battery section where I was told that they had never heard of that battery but after some looking he did find it but despite me coming back into the store and asking for help with the fob they refused to test the fob despite them having a sign on the sidewalk advertising help with all kinds of keys including chipped and even though I've had help at other locations and they used the same equipment to test chipped keys as well as key fobs they told me that I just need to put a battery in it which if their equipment had been broken which it wasn't would have been at least a rational but the at no point even considered offering me help despite the fact that I was standing intentionally in front of the door struggling with the and horrified did I just gave my money to a place that utterly went out of their way to disgrace their companies motto and make me feel uncomfortable I've had great service at every other location but unfortunately this is truly will help goes to die the only help you get is out the door they should be ashamed of themselves and in there an embarrassment to their community I will be writing corporate thanks guys FYI your other store was more than happy to help me and they tested my key fob without me even asking them
