My husband and I went in to get my wedding ring remounted into a sturdier setting using the same stones. I have sentimental value on my ring so I was devastated when I lost stones and so we wanted the same setting, not an entirely different ring. It was a little confusing for them because it was expensive but I’m so happy with the way it turned out! It’s so very beautiful and everyone was professional & we’re very happy with the experience :)

Cody was informative and very personable. I took my wife’s wedding ring to them for repair as one of the diamonds fell out. I highly recommend A&R. They gave several different options and explained the rationale behind each repair. We took the least expensive and it still came out looking beautiful! Thank you!

Sourced diamonds and had a pair of custom rings designed with Cody. Couldn't be happier with the whole process and (most importantly) the final result! Friendly, communicative, thoughtful, and knowledgable. Took us through the whole process from rough sketches all the way to final product. Have also had several other small repairs and pieces done flawlessly. Our go to for all of jewelry needs from here on out!

Highly Recommend!I called on the phone looking for a Miami Cuban gold chain within my budget. He said he had something for me a miami Cuban chain and so I came in within the next hour and I was shown three Cuban chains available. I ended up getting a 6.2 mm 14 karat yellow gold Miami Cuban 24 inches long. Customer service was excellent. They offered to send it to the jeweler the next day to cut it down to 22 inches because i asked about it. I wanted to but it was kind of a tough decision at the last moment. So i just went with the full 24inches. But it was great to know that they could get that done in the next business day. They were telling me about all the custom pendants that they can make and I was really impressed. They are located just downtown Portland. Check them out. I will be definitely come back in the future for future jewelry needs.
