The worse & I mean THE WORSE experience of my life to not only get ripped off but to be put in DANGER is sickening. so I was told that I was receiving 80% tred for $150 for 2 tires which was not true at all also during the process I asked if he takes card or cash he said card or cash then proceeded later to say only cash I’m assuming because he ripped me off he pocketed the extra money & once I found out that the tires were not anywhere near 80% tred my dad decided to take me back to see if we can fix this issue, when we pulled up the owner assured we could fix this then the guy that gave me the tires (I’m assuming his son or younger family member also the one who put the tires on) asked if we want to do get the old tires back we said yes I don’t believe he was expecting that answer because he immediately after said he can’t do that and nothing else for that matter ,my dad said okay that’s fine you do bad business then the younger guy charged my dad (handicap by the way) got in his face yelling and telling him to say it again he’s been around a long time so he couldn’t do bad buisness, I stepped in and he did the same to me fast forward to a week and a half later I go to get an alignment because my car is pulling extremely hard to the right now but 2 alignment places turned me down to get my alignment until I changed my tires because the tires were so warped not only were they in bad condition they were mismatched tires & now I have gone to Firestone to purchase tires again in less then 3 weeks but I have purchased 2 BRAND NEW tires for the price of $139 I suggest staying clear from this place it’s disgusting they will burn you!!! Rude and for your safety don’t question this company unprofessional at its finest this man charged me and acted as if he was going to put his hands on me disgusting behavior STAY AWAY if you are a woman or know nothing about tires because you are better off buying new tires or going somewhere else these guys are a RIP OFF they shouldn’t be in business

Lack service and bad communication. Don’t go there unless you had agreement with the price on the phone they will try to get you to the shop and make you pay for the insane prices.

Highly DISAPPOINTED in this company. I was referred by my mechanic that it was a trust worthy business with good people and prices, so I stepped away from my regular shop to try A&O. I called them to get a quote on getting a spare tire put on a rim I had, I had a flat I couldn't fix due to our winter storm this year. (We were still in the midst of the storm) over the phone, I got quoted 25$. I was super thrilled and headed straight in. When we arrived he charged me 75$!!! Staying it was for labor.... Mind you. He didn't install the tire. They literally put a spare tire on a rim and put in the back of the car I got a ride with. Since I didn't have an option I had to pay them. Absolutely disgusting practice. Knowing I was in desperate need, and charging me TRIPLE ..I WILL NEVER GO BACK. photo is showing I couldn't even get to him due to the storm

I wish yelp can allow a 0 for rating!!! These are tire sharks, not tire place. I called and asked how much they charge to replace my own tires, they said it depends on tires ... i told them the tire size and he said $25 per tire, and when I pulled up and saw me driving a convertible Mercedes, he said no that's why I was asking you. DO not go to this place!!!! Rip off and big liars!!! There is a reasonable place not far from there on 122nd and division ... they charged only $20!!!!
