Everyone is always compassionate and caring! They handle your pet as if they were their own. I trust this vet more than I have ever trusted another vet. When you are in need of their services you know the same people are there! That means a lot to me. They explain things well, and take the time you and your pet needs! Always very clean and comfortable. Thankful for their care of my 4 legged babies!!!!

They are indeed very friendly and very polite, but they are not always clear about pricing. The techs are particularly nice and cool under pressure.
However, on one of my first visits I had to go home and get a sample from my animal and bring it back the next day. I thought I had paid for everything already, but they charged me for bringing in the sample without letting me know that I would need to do that at any previous point.
Also, if you have a planned visit and you call ahead to get an idea of how much it will cost, they will not answer you when you call. You will have to wait for one of the vets to call you whenever they happen to have time. This apparently has something to do with their service plans and how the doctor needs to explain things, except, when the doctor does this in person, they just read from a print out. I didn't get a lot of extra explanatory information from the doctor, and I didn't even get a heads up that I would be paying more the next day, so it seems strange that a tech can't just read me the same piece of paper.
Probably a great place if you're well off and socially anxious, but maybe be prepared to be even more stressed about money if you make less than $100,000 a year.

Professional and kind vet and employees. Gave us a good feeling. Went for travel documents but plan to take our pets here in the future.

So helpful and they will do everything they can for almost any budget just remember it's not cheap to own a pet but as far as cost they have helped me several times

I love this place. I have found my new vet. I recently quit using a different vet because they were always too busy and too hard to get an appointment.i was shopping around for a new one when my dog got sick. I went right down the list and called all the four and five-star reviews and every single one of them told me they were booked up. Except for the cheerful vet. She said they were booked up but she will squeeze me in at the end of the day because my dog was sick. She did a very thorough examination. She was very reasonably priced. And even called the next day to see how my dog was doing. Five star vet for sure.

I'm so happy we found the Cheerful Vet. They're always willing to get our pups in when they're not feeling well, and most often the same day! I appreciate their willingness to stay a little late to ensure we get the support we need. They're thorough and live up to their kind and cheerful name. I'm so grateful my babies have a great team!

I live this vet, she is a great doggy doctor and really cares for my dog. The team love on all the animals that come in and the points you in the right inexpensive direction for treatment for your pet. I will continue to use this vets services, and point my other doggy parent friends that way.
