Pinnacle 365, which replaced Circle K.This formal complaint is about the employee named JERRIKA and her manager, JEANNIE, who let it or instructed it to happen.Time of day 630-7Am2/5/2024Monday morningComplaint on employee JERRIKA, and her manager JEANNIE, for saying she will kick us out if we didn't go up to the register IMMEDIATELY to buy the items we wanted right when she said, or she would kick us out of the store! She said we were loitering when in reality we were shopping and looking for different items for ourselves and our disabled African American friend in a wheel chair who is paraplegic with one leg, my good friend Robert. She was very rude and condescending and assumed we weren't going to pay for whatever reason she had. But in the end my fiance and I ended up paying for our stuff, which we told her we had full intention to do so from the start, came up to $99.88! Which I believe should be a good thing to be spending large amounts of money at their store, but apparently Jerrika is very unprofessional, very rude, and condescending when she speaks to customers. I have never dealt with employee that works in the hospitality business as bad as this employee, in my life! This complaint needs to go to corporate immediately. Thank you. A side note the Pinnacle 365, in Medford, OR, which used to be Circle k, on the corner of Barnett and Riverside has very rude employees as well, especially the night manager River, who I literally saw throw change at somebody calling them a redneck, as well as try and fight somebody while on the clock...maybe it's just this business and this is the norm? I don't know but very poor experiences.

09/30/23 Natalie went above and beyond with the customer service she provided to me today. Thank you #Circle K! My local Circle K in Phoenix is staffed with great people. The work hard to greet me with a smile weekly. I appreciate your team of associates at Circle K in Phoenix, Or.

People don't understand how a gas station works it seem. The circle K is kinda a separate entity to the Chevron, if the employees are busy at the till you can wait another minute or 2, stop being so pompous. I've only had 1 or 2 problems ever at this gas station and circle K. Slow service once or twice, most the complaining doesn't feel very valid, just seem like ppl who have standards to high for a gas station. The food at the circle K (especially the chicken) is really good and they prepare it for you fast. Absolutely no complaining from me cause I understand what a gas station is, plus you can pump your own gas now, so all the slow service on the pump complaints are invalid now

Refused to sell me beer with a valid Oregon driver's license that every other store accepts at the age of 28 because the cashier had to punch in the birth date instead of scanning it.

Honestly this place has gotten bad! The staff are super rude!! I work in Phoenix so every time I need to get gas for my car, the employees are outside smoking I have to wait for them to finish their cigarette to be able to pump gas for my car. Or sometimes they will literally not do it. Ridiculous sometimes I have to wait 10-20 minutes for them to do it. And their literally not busy at all.

You should probably be armed shopping here, but they have the coldest beer you could possibly buy.

If you’re going to close at night, no big deal, just update it on the circle k website or google. How many third shifters have wasted their time thinking this place was open.

The phone number on their receipts is WRONG... it shows as 541 535 6788, I needed to check with them about their today's price for regular; I spent time finding their correct phone number online... it wasn't easy... CORRECT number is 541 535 6708. When I finally got through to the station, I told the person who answered the phone about the phone number issue. She seemed very disinterested but did say "I did not know that. ... I will tell my boss." Judging from her tone, I doubt that will happen. RE: customer service... it's sketchy depending on who is working the pumps. Sometimes very good sometimes not good. I've had clerks refuse to wash my front and back windows?!!! My elderly Saturn insists on Techron or will cough in protest if I use any other gas. I do know 2 other Chevron stations I can use and that I am often in the neighborhood of. Depending on if Phoenix update their phone info and . customer service at the pumps, I may choose not to use this station anymore. :(

I just want to compliment one of your employees. I went in to fill up my tank and the young man who pumped my gas was just so friendly. He stood there and talk with me while pumping my gas and was just so pleasant. I believe his name was Ander. He is a great employee. Hopefully he sticks around for a while.

We went in to get our propane tank filled at the now 76 gas station and both people working there were inept at their job. He came out to fill the tank and my husband was talking to him about not wanting to run out of propane while grilling. He said I was trying to figure out a way to tell you I cannot refill your tank. The tanks can be refilled for 12 years. Our tank said 2010., which means we have two more years of refill. Math not one of his talents. Then my husband went in to pay the eleven dollars and the lady, Amy could not figure it out. He had told my husband just tell her the price for propane She just started freaking out. She had a couple of cars getting gas, so he had to wait for a few minutes. The guy told the lady who was also getting propane that he had to go because his clerk Amy was overwhelmed. Amy literally touched my husband on the upper arm, which freaked him out with the fact we are social distancing due to Corona virus. And the fact that we are elderly and disabled makes it worse on us. I would say this gas station needs to hire people who have a brain to use
