Rusty Grove made bed shopping very pleasant, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. It was my first time buying a mattress, and he was super friendly and reassuring and made the whole experience a lot easier than I imagined it would be. Nicest customer service experience I've had all month. He worked with my budget and I should have my bed very soon. Thanks again to Rusty. My mom will definitely be asking for him when she buys her bed.

Having dealt with Mattress World in the past, when it was time to shop for a new mattress, Mattress World was out first and last stop. Our salesperson, Sharelle, is very knowledgeable about the products and very professional in her approach to our needs. She gave us plenty of time to try out mattresses and directed us to those that worked for us. No pressure!MW's automated delivery system was extremely easy for delivery and removal. Everything went smooth as glass. We'll shop here again.

Great experience! Tim was really helpful, answered all of our questions. He has a lot of experience and addressed all the health issues, such as back problems, temperature issues, as well as sleeping positions, etc. Purchasing was easy and straight forward.
