Ingrid arrive as agreed. She demonstrated extensive knowledge of pianos and did a complete restoration and tuning of my piano. She was very enjoyable to talk to and answered all my questions in great detail.The cost of the service was very reasonable for the quality and extent of the repair work. WE won't use anyone else to work on our piano. I have already scheduled my next tuning.

Ingrid has been taking care of my Kawai GE-2 and my Pramberger PS-185 for several years now. She has always done a fabulous job tuning them and recently did a ton of work on the action of my Kawai in her workshop. It came back feeling and sounding like a million bucks!! Ingrid spends a lot of time educating herself on pianos of all shapes and sizes and her knowledge and advice has been priceless in caring for my instruments. I am a teacher and have been teaching for over 10 years. I recommend her to all my students!!
