Their gas pumps are always broken. Their employees have bad attitudes, they don't like to replace things or do their job.

Pro: lots of parking Con:? Half the fuel lanes aren't available Worker was very rude when I was asking how do I know what it customer number is when we purchased a shower on the app--- altogether ignoring me and going back to what they were doing just saying it's on the app

Love all the Pilot in Oregon. They make sure to pump your gas for you, best thing ever! Restroom are cleaned which is a big deal. And the fact that they sell Cinnabon is a major plus.

The dumbest thing I've ever seen..... pay $8.00 for a very small bottle of Tide laundry soap, $3.69 for a 1/2 roll of paper towels. Ask for change to do my laundry and she tells me no.... they don't do that..... yep FLYING J MAKING IT NICE FOR THE TRUCKERS
