Best coffee, hot and fresh with coffee and creamer choices. Great grass area for pets! Very friendly and professional staff. Whichever employee pumped my gas around 10 AM deserves a raise!

No one came out to pump gas. I had to go in to see if we could pump it ourselves. They came out to help. Waiting inside for restroom USA took 15 min. We were told if locked it was occupied. While waiting, 5 more people joined the line. They unlocked the door to an empty bathroom. 4 workers present and only one person doing anything.

Workers are too busy talking to each other to get anything done. They say the bathrooms are closed because they won't clean them. Never any food. Some days it's not even open when it says because people just didn't show up.

Great employees that know how to have customer service with a smile clean store great food love that I do not have to get out and pump my own gas... a woman in front of me had an attitude with an employee at the register but she continued to have a positive attitude and help the lady excellent service

The worst road mistake I've experienced so far. I drive a long distance truck, the attendant pumped regular gas into my diesel truck late night. Needless to say there was no protocol in order to handle that situation I was forced to lose out on my hotel already paid for I in Ashland, the nasty roadway inn I was forced to stay in, $70.00 in gas that was in my tank before pumping wrong gas, $120.00 machanic cost to come siphon gas, and a day behind 6 hours behind schedule. I was told by Rasheed (operations manager) it was my problem and to deal with it. I expected more from a company as big as AMPM to fix the problem THEY cause and/or reimburse me. I was told I would be reimburse and that hasn't happened. DO NOT TRUST THEM Total cost for me - approx $450.00 Total cost to them - Tens of thousands I'm a long distance driver and all my co-workers and most of my friends are too. NONE of us will stop here until I am reimbursed and things are made right.
