“I met Elle at the Beaverton/Tanasbourne La-Z-Boy in January 2022. I had just moved to Oregon. Did not have any furniture. I just wanted a couch to sit on and a table to eat at. I had been to multiple stores and found nothing. I was so discouraged by the time I got to La-Z-Boy. I wanted quality furniture that I liked!! Elle sat on every couch in the showroom with me. I was a challenging customer. I knew what I wanted…… and it did not look good in my home. Elle went back to the drawing board with me. She put together a beautiful living space. I moved 1 1/2 years later. Back to Elle and La-Z-Boy. I finally figured out it out. I tell Elle what I want, show her pictures of the room and then she puts together something I love. I walked in the store today and she pulled out a picture she set aside for me. She knew I was looking for something to go above my buffet. It was perfect. I am amazed at Elle’s ability to pull something together that I love. Plus, how many stores can you walk into where they know you by name and set things aside for you? I am so grateful for a company that makes quality furniture and hires an excellent staff! Thank you La-Z-Boy and Elle?”

“I stopped at both stores in the area, initially looking just for a bedframe. The initial gentleman, Joe, we worked with was extremely helpful and made sure I had the right bed frame I needed. Then because he knew I traveled far, and they didn't have the bed frame in stock, he had me purchase it there and sent me over to there sister store where they had it in stock just about a half mile away. I walked in and met Alan, who had my bed frame waiting for me. I also happened to walk past one of the most beautiful mattresses I'd ever seen that also happened to be 47% off at the time and I forgot about my bed frame. I ended up picking up that mattress up, plus the box springs and bed frame to go with it. Alan went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. Got twine for us, helped us load everything, just made it such an all around good experience. These guys in both stores are just rad, thank you so much!!”
“We purchased a leather stressless combo and received as scheduled. We couldn't attach the two section couch correctly so Annette (our Dania salesperson) coordinated a visit for someone to come out and complete. The alignment of the two sections still weren't quite right. Annette totally took care of getting the issues resolved, from the factory ending up replacing the couch to the scratch repair of the new pieces of furniture. We are completely satisfied with our experience and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.”

“I bought a 75 inch tv yesterday. Ryan from electronics went above and beyond to make sure I got it home safely. He wheeled it out of the store for me and helped me get it onto my truck. He also helped me position the TV in the back of the bed so it wouldn't fall down. The store was really busy but he still took the time to help me out. Really good customer service, he should get a bonus or something.”
“This store is a fast pace but I can always depend on the Target app to tell me exactly where the product is. Also employees will price match the item if it's cheaper on Target.com or other web sites like Walmart or Amazon. Friendly employees.”
“Actually went into a target today, I usually only do order pick up and going in was costly but I got some great bathroom towels and rugs I would not have seen otherwise and a great front door mat too! Thankful for order pick up to curb my spending but it was nice to go shop in store and I found quite a few things I love!”
“The store is fine. Some of the customers however seem hell bent on messing stuff up. The clothing section usually looks like a tornado just went through due to sloppy and inconsiderate shoppers that are "just looking"”

“Last August, we needed a warranty replacement mattress for a model no longer made, so we came to Tanasbourne BedMart to try replacement options. In spite of this being a warranty situation (no purchase at the store, just trying out), Dave was super helpful, pleasant, informative, let us take our (and his) time. Forward to June, due to a house disaster, we need to purchase a mattress and adjustable frame. We didn’t think twice about coming back to have Dave Whitman show us what’s new, knowing he’s so helpful and professional. He informs and helps, but doesn’t “sell”. We recommend this specific store and Dave in particular. I hate shopping and large item purchases, but this was a good experience…my highest praise for shopping!”
