Probably the worst run pharmacy I've ever been to. Only 2 people working at 5 pm and one of them left to look for something I the store for a drive up window client. Go somewhere else please. Let their business die.

Such terrible bedside manner and staff. A year ago instead of calling me to let me know they were having insurance issues- I waited in an hour line to get to the front to say no they didn’t even make my meds as I’m in tears with strep throat. Not even an apology, just get back in line and if they close at 5 and I don’t make it to the front. Too bad.
Now today, my PCP said they sent in my thyroid refill. But since I use zoomcare for primary care and they haven’t gotten it, they wouldn’t even give me a 3 day supply for a pill that needs to be taken first thing in the morning because I use zoom care…. Every pharmacy in the past has allowed this for a medication that needs to be taken daily if there’s issues getting the order. And I’ve been coming with the same dosage to Walgreens for years. At least apologize and be kind- the pharmacist wouldn’t even make eye contact

Wish I could give a lower rating. This particular Walgreens in Newberg, OR bought every local pharmacy as they closed (Mikes, Center, Rite Aid and BiMart) but never staffed for the additional customers. It is absolutely ridiculous how hard it is to get your prescription. I have been waiting THREE months for a prescription. Patiently too, I might add. Now they want me to call about a problem, but their phone system keeps hanging up on me. It’s unreal.

Worst pharmacy ever. If you need the covid drug they won't fill it for days and you'll miss your window to take it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Always been friendly and fast. For years I've been going there and had a good experience every time. They are much busier these days, but they handle the line at the counter well.

My doctor sent in a prescription 2 days ago, so I came this morning at 11:30 to pick up my prescription and I was told it wasn't ready, would need 20 to 30 minutes before it's ready. I came back 4 hours later, to be told that it wasn't ready and they'll have it ready in 20 or 30 minutes. All of this mind you, after sitting in line both times for 30 minutes each. The service here is terrible

This pharmacy is making a terrible name for Walgreens pharmacies. The staff that work at this newberg location always seem like they hate their jobs and it takes hours to get a prescription. They close the inside counter then only open the drive thru and it makes a car line of 20+ cars to pick up meds. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It would be amazing if they could get more staff and turn it around because it is convenient for a lot of people but it is a horrible place to deal with the way it is now. Switch your meds to a different pharmacy if you can!!

The staff they do have is so over worked because of not enough help and they are friendly and helpful I feel very bad that there expected to do there job and being worked like a dog that's how mistakes are made I changed pharmacys they're either out of our meds or closed my mother ran out of her medication I tried to fill it at Sherwood Walgreens and they said she wasn't in the system we've had enough so we switched Walgreens needs to do some serious changes

This pharmacy location... I don't even know where to begin. They have said they sent approval requests and then come to find out it "didn't go through" countless times. They close unexpectedly, and recently changed their hours to close at 6 pm. They have been rude when you express frustration with their mistakes - which insurance and primary care agree with. It's resulted in significant delays in obtaining prescriptions which causes health challenges and there's zero apology when they just don't do what they say they're going to do.So, changing to a new pharmacy.

They really try to help you out in the Pharmacy if you treat them like humans. That said the Employees seriously need some help, especially at this Location. Sometimes employees quit in Waves and it has dramatic effects on Refill queues. Probably needs new management

100% WORST pharmacy I have EEEEVVVVVERRRRRRR dealt with and it’s a consistent thing. They either need more staffing or to just shut this location down. There is never a time that you go to this location and the employees working even 1/2 seem like they enjoy their job most likely from dealing with understaffing but with somewhere THIS slow and incompetent it is painful. I don’t want to switch pharmacies because I have 5 familyMembers and other locations that are more convenient. But goodness it never gets better! They are slow they are all angry with life and don’t even try calling them. It took 1hr and 45 min for 3 call waiters and got hung up on for a simple question to see if a prescription was filled. If you can avoid this pharmacy save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs!!!!

The drive-up has been consistently closed for the past two weeks and the line inside at the pharmacy has typically been very long. Corporate needs to support hiring some additional help and provide improved pay and working conditions so these most often skilled and friendly staff stay with the company.
