Did you know if you buy a pizza from 7-11 and bring it to this 7-11 on McLaughlin. Even though they have zero cistomers, they will not cook it for you. Epic Failure! What happened to customer service. Is this a corporate rule , franchise rule, or did employee just make up this rule? I hope training solves this problem

Before when I would come in at night the older African American that worked their used to be hella rude and short with me but I must say the last few times I've been in he's improved very much to the point where I would describe him as being pleasant to customers, so good job to you my friend it's well appreciated I must say!! As far as the normal market stuff it's just like every other 7-11 you've ever visited and is very clean... A+

This 7-Eleven has very hard working employees and is clean and well stocked. They're never out of the self serve soda or slurpee flavors, the coffee is usually pretty good and if it's not fresh enough they'll remake it for you if you just ask nicely! They also have freeze dried candy which is hard to find sometimes!

Yesterday I went shopping, I used my translator, I just wanted one more bag and I even told the man who works at dawn to sell it to me and he was very rude and not at all polite. I see that I am not the only one who had that experience, terrible service.

The older man working there right now was just very aggressive with my husband and shoved a bag in his face. What kind of lowlife have you hired there? He needs to be fired and he is lucky we are not calling the cops on him. Your store has a bad reputation in the neighborhood and now I know why. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint.

I stopped in the store on my way passing through Oregon city, it was lovely!They are busy( has so many warm meals and hot& cold drinks), and the cashier lady is very nice:-)I had a chance to speak with the owner , he is so delightful to chat with, super humble!Love the store and staff! Highly recommended!

My most recent experience was that I asked the woman running the place if the coffee was hot and she said "I dont know" in a kind of apathetic and annoyed tone. I later asked if they had any jackets for their coffee cups and she flatly said "no," and nothing else. Each time I've come into this store the employees have behaved in this sort of calloused and disrespectful way. They just seem plain unfriendly for whatever reason.

Distasteful, rude and disrespectful customer service at 155am. Dismissed me and bad mouthed and embarrassed me in front of another male customer in front of me. I'm disappointed as a female and loyal customer of 10+yrs. So sad ? I called in advance about an item and told he was helping an actual customer in the store as if I wasn't a potential customer... went down to confront him with respect &he humiliated mein front of another male customer... it hurt.

I wanted to buy a hotdog bun with no dog, I didn't care the cost and he hung up on me. I have been in Customer service for 30 years, I would never. I was just asking a question and he wasn't having it. He has a scuffy, unkempt beard
