Great prices on produce. Half the price of Safeway. Safeway display is neater but the winco prices are so much better.

The good: Lower prices, bulk foods available, (great place to buy spices and other ingredients you may just need a little of, also great place to buy 25 lb bags of beans/rice/lentils/wheat berries), decent deli and pre-made sandwiches/ salads, also a little counter where you can buy cooked pizza by the slice. Staff are generally polite and helpful. The not-so-great: Small selection of organic, specialty and higher end items, (fancy cheeses, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, ect., I couldn’t even find whole-wheat hamburger buns today. They carry one brand, but they were sold out). Often sold out on the healthier items they do carry. I don’t know why, but there are a higher than normal amount of rude/smelly customers in this store. They don’t take credit cards, only debit & cash (maybe checks?).

There are items that I use in recipes that I can only find here. They have the lowest prices. They could use more security, though.

Love winCo. They always have great prices and the things I need. Service is great. Plus the bulk food section makes it worth the drive for the money I save.

I love the fact there is still checkers, checking out customers to many stores have been going to self checkout only. I'm not getting paid to ring up items glad there's a place I can reliably have someone ring up my items

Always have what I want, at great prices, and the staff is awesome. Definitely my go-to grocery store. Store-brand products are the best buy. 5/5

I was shopping here during one night stay in Medford. I found some deals even better Walmart and Fred Meyer. store was well organized and priced. There Was department for Bulk food which I could find dried fruits with affordable prices. Fresh fruits and hot/cold food departments were impressive. In general, I believe you can find anything you expect from a grocery store here but you have to check prices if you want to save money. Parking lot was free and huge and I didnt feel something unsafe here.

Security and staff had a little scuffle with a shoplifter. He had filled a large backpack full of merchandise and made no attempt to pay for any of it.Not much has changed other than the prices. Everything is so much higher. ( thanks joey) there are considerably fewer brands to choose from. ( that couldn't be because half of the food processing plants in the US have been destroyed in the past year and a half).People really need to get back to growing and raising their own foods. Learning how to can foods and preserve meats. Start neighborhood gardens if possible. If not, the worst is on the horizon, not sure our society can get through that.Just my opinion.

Rogue Valley Pet Foods is just one example of the friendly service we enjoy here. WinCo Foods is definitely a value and selection driven grocery store. I'm not sure if it's because it's an employee owned store but it always feels like they are trying to give you the best deal for your money. There's a dollar twenty five store, a cig shop a barber, and emergency care in the plaza also. I work swing so it's nice they have 24 hour rolling security on site.

24-hour grocery shopping. Also, there are lots of other items that you can use for your home, pet, or just about anything else you need. It's been my favorite market for 20 years.

Warning ⚠️ they don't accept credit cards. It's for a good cause, which is to help keep prices low. However, there's no blaring signs that help notify a customer entering the store that it's debit or cash only (at least none that I saw). This means you could end up shopping and grabbing everything, get to checkout, and walk away empty handed. It's annoying, and I wish they were more transparent about it before wasting time in their store.
