The salesman Troy did an awesome job in ensuring that I left the store with the best possible solution to me rare situation. Troy took his time in answering my question by explaining in detail company policy and procedure. He also exemplified his knowledge of the merchandise,while giving suggestions to fit my budget. Coming into US cellular was a great experience. My sales clerk Daniel did a great job, he was friendly and personable. I would recommend US cellular to others who have questions or want a new phone.

Troy Anderson is a great employee, for he really knows how to solve problems. Troy also is very friendly and caring a smile. Oh, I wish that US Cellular would do is put a tower facing Butte Falls and prospect area so we can get service up in the mountains where I live.

I have been with US cellular from the beginning of cell phones. I have never went with another company and have always received help and excellent service whether it's in person or on the phone. I get service everywhere I go, including mountain ranges where I hunt, on the coast, and only lose service in random dead spots, Which are few and far between. I am very satisfied and would recommend US cellular and have to my friends and family. Thank you so much for all of your help and what you've assisted me and my family with.

Kerry K. Was such a big help in picking out a new phone plan .When I purchased my new phone . He explain things very well. . With the new plan that Kerry picked out, I get more of everything. And I’m paying less than before. He was very polite, courteous, and took the time to explain things to me . It was a very pleasant experience for someone that’s technology challenged.
