I came in on 3/21 and bought a couple things. I came back in on 3/23 to return one of the items. Instead of crediting it back to my card, the store somehow accidentally charged my card again for the returned item. I paid 39$ twice now for an item I no longer have. The manager, Ruth was polite however there was nothing she could do. Ruth gave me a 1-800 number to call. I called but since the store gave me a receipt showing they returned the item, even though I had my bank statement showing they charged me, they told me to check back with the store. The store is great but this is totally lame. Anyone have any advice on how to get my money back?

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE!!!!!! They have EVERYTHING! And the is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you don't really know what to get you can always depend on the associates finding exactly what you need and things you may not... lol. They are pricey...BUUUUUUT..... they have a whole side of product that have less of a scary price tag. Ulta also has their own line of products that are actually pretty good. ?

I have very curly, mixed-racial hair, and I tried many local salons and always had a really bad experience and couldn't find someone that could do a proper blowout for my hair. They will always make me feel embarrassed about how curly and frizzy my hair was and how much hair I have. I came today for a blowout with Julia H.! And OMG! I finally found my person!! She did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable! She took the time and my hair looked amazing. I wanted to cry when she was done.I wish I had a better before picture. She will definitely see me again ❤️

They have some nice things but I hate how pushy they are with trying to get customers to set up an Ulta account. It’s uncomfortable and it’s the main reason why I don’t shop here more often. I don’t want to give you my personal information, just let me buy my face wash and get out!

Great products awful customer service , had a curbside pickup was unable to get the link to pick up outside so had to go in,was parked in the curbside pick up space as I was told and was greeted by a worker at the door (she rushed to the door as if she was going to have me turn around and move my car if I hadn’t had a pick up)..asking if I was picking up I said yes then she backed off.I picked up my order walked over to a product to look at it really quick and immediately same girl walked up to me and I was told I needed to leave and park my car somewhere else because they have another curbside order at some point.. I wasn’t even in there for 1 minute.. I spend a good amount of money there and it is not my fault their curbside pickup links don’t work , I shouldn’t have had to get out in the first place but I wasn’t going to get upset about it.However it felt very disrespectful to be ushered out like that for. Parking space when there were three open next to mine .

Customer service is horrible. I didn't want to give my number and the lady Carmalee treated me awful the rest of the time I was checking out.

Extremely pushy checkout woman.When checking out they literally force customers give their phone number. The check out woman said it was so I could return the item if I need to. It was the first time I shopped there and probably won't very often so I didn't want my number in their data base. Everyone knows your information is used for marketing and/or sold to other companies for marketing.When I politely said I didn't want to give out my number, she insisted telling me all the reasons I needed to. Then I politely said, no thank you again and she told me again how I needed to. When she continued a third time, I was close to walking out.Next time, if pressured into giving my number, I will walk out.

I decided to delete my previous review- overall Ulta is okay. Brooke was helpful with my fiance and I in the fragrance department- I was able to do a return which I was thankful for because last time was very different. I have had some good and some bad experiences here that is for sure.

Don’t do an online pickup, you can’t cancel them for 5days, management sucks and I felt profiled. Store is also terrible for mothers with children.

Terrible service! I have vowed never to step foot inside this store again. When I made my purchase the cashier asked me several times to sign up for their loyalty program, I politely declined, then she used threat tactics saying I would need to do it if I wanted to make a return. After I still refused, she literally looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look and then had an attitude for the rest of my $111 purchase!!! When I got my product home, the sales lady handed me the wrong color of foundation for purchase after recommending a color, so I had to go in and exchange. They absolutely refused to make an exchange without my phone number and name. I ended up making up a phone number and gave her a fake name just so I could make my exchange WITH a receipt. Terrible service, terrible management, and I can only imagine that they get terrible pressure from management/corporate to collect numbers, by the way they behave.

I'm giving this store a 5 star review based off the fantastic job Brooke in the fragrance department does. It can be overwhelming/hard to find that "one" scent you want to buy amongst all the great colognes ultra has to offer BUT Brooke has made it easy. She gives excellent customer service!Prada black for the win!

The specific store that I went to I had a very uncomfortable experience, the staff there made me very uncomfortable and they had multiple staff follow me and kept going over the intercom saying "loss prevention aisle 3" like they thought I was shoplifting or something and it was very rude and disrespectful and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I just put the things I had in my basket down and left. I don't think I will be returning to that specific one.
