It is not often in which I leave a bad review, but I believe there is much necessity for improvement here. I made an appointment in advance for a gel manicure. Upon arrival, a nice lady had me sit down at a nail station. I waited about 15 minutes before anyone came over to work with me. As I was sitting there, I saw walk-ins receiving immediate service. A gentleman came over and had me pick out the nail color I wanted and then he disappeared for another 15 minutes. When he came back he put on a gel remover that burned and curled my fingernails. When I asked one of the nail ladies if that was normal, I was told “your nails are fine.”. The guy eventually came back, and quickly applied 2 thin and uneven layers of paint. When I addressed some of the scuff marks that were made and the unevenness, there was a poor attempt to fix it. A day after I got them, the ends were already chipping. Very disappointed

This place is not even a 1 star. My friend went and got her toe nails trimmed and they over scrubbed her feet raw, and now she a scabs on her feet. My friend even said u are hurting me and the lady just laughed still charged her 50$ and they did not even paint her nails. My other friend was waiting in there and they were talking about her. Absolutely the most unprofessional place. They did not even offer a refund

Heated massage chairs. Attention to detail, perfectly trimmed cuticles. Hot wax dip plus callous removal. All while being pampered with choices of designs. Love this place ! Called for appointment and received service same day.

Wife went in to have her acrylic nails removed to prep for her new salon tech. Dude literally ripped all ten of her nails off, like a torture session. Silly wife for not immediately stopping this, but she was too afraid she was going to offend him. Here are her nails FIVE days later. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Sitting in the Seattle airport (Go Hawks) watching her fingernail bleed. Again FIVE DAYS LATER.

Vivian is AMAZING! Her quality is unmatched! She is also so considerate- she always makes time for her customers & will try to work with your schedule. She listens really well to any ideas & has so many products for nail designs- gel, powder, stickers, gems, etc. She can also paint designs! I will definitely go back :)

to start off I’ve been going to this place for years and the last two times my nails have been the worst. These were supposed to be my graduation nails and she scheduled me right at their closing time. She also has a baby so I understand the hassle but I was very patient. I wasn’t rude at all and I was just being rushed the whole time my nails came out absolutely nothing like I asked for not the shape as well as they were really messy all for $90 . I was also repeatedly asked can I hurry because it was their closing time but scheduled me at 5 (when they close) .They were cute on the outside but the details up close were just awful .Service: Pedicure

I have been going to this salon for a long time and I'm always happy with my nails or pedicure i received with gel polish. looking at the pictures of some of the reviews andit's ridiculous, you can see obvious grow out from a manicure she got weeks ago. I just don't even believe the black toe nail polish. No way anyone would walk out of a salon with them looking like that. I'm sorry but I dont believe these reviews !!
