I went in to inquire about classes after calling several times with no answer only to wait over 10 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone no one was at the front desk. The girl who helped me seem very annoyed that I had questions about different classes offered I was handed a class schedule and shooed away because "she was in the middle of a class."The Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting mold in all if the toilets, trash overflowing & bodily fluids smeared all over the walls. This facility is very run down & filthy.

Very unstructured. My daughter ended up getting injured because the coach wasn't spotting the kids. One of the coaches teaching the toddlers was sitting the entire time getting annoyed when she had to show the young children how to do something. She was also mostly on her smart watch the entire time. It seemed like all of the employees were teenagers that didn't enjoy their jobs. No one had any enthusiasm. We took my daughter to ABK and the entire environment was much better with 4 coaches ** Spotting all the kids. My daughter moved up immediately to the next level at ABK and SOGA didn't even recognize that she needed to be moved up.

We came here for gymnastics last summer. We signed up for the monthly summer program but half way into it found out that during the covid mask mandates they did not really wear masks or seem to take covid seriously (I had an adult working there tell me they did not make the kids wear masks, they would have them hanging around their necks and if they had them on based on choice they would take them down anytime they did any of the gymnastics on the floor, beams, bar, etc...). I realize people and businesses have different ideas around covid. This policy and philosophy did not work for me, we have family members and friends who are immuncompromised. This was mid july and the mask mandate was not back on yet until mid august but we were starting to see cases rise and my friend who works in ER was letting me know that a spike was coming. I did not feel good about this way of dealing with covid so I asked to cancel and requested that we get a refund for the 2 weeks we were not using due to the covid differences. I was told I would get the refund and the owner who was not in town could do it for me when they returned. It is now 10 months later and after a dozen emails and several phone calls where I have been told I would get a return call or email, and I had to follow up an insane amount of times- I am finally told the owner said he will not refund me as that is not their policy. I told the desk person the reason we left was due to the differences in belief around covid and they told me that there was no mask mandate when I was cancelling and so it did not apply. I am not the kind of person who gets on and writes a review saying 'they don't wear masks- don't go here'. I have come from the position of 'hey my belief is not aligning with yours so you are not the right business for me and I will go elsewhere'- but for anyone else who is fine with your policy great. I am only writing a review here because I was explicitly told I would get a refund because it was covid policies (or really lack of them and lack of honoring the state requirements when the policies were enforced) that I felt the need to remove my child from the summer program. Hearing that they 'did not really wear masks' and seeing zero equipment being wiped down throughout the day just did not make me feel good. And had they refunded me as they said they would there would be no need for this review.

The MOST AMAZING staff! They work with each child in confidence physically and emotionally. We attend 3 days a week and look forward to a long running relationship with SOGA! Thank you Coach Polina! My daughter started as a very shy 4 year old, 3 months later she is high-fiving, smiling, and running to class…

Friendly people and happy customers and kids the only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the counter wasn't staffed when I went there on a day where one coach wasn't there and another coach was out of town for a tournament. Other than that it was a great atmosphere

Our family is so grateful to have found SOGA. Though we are moving, it was one of our best experiences in the Rogue Valley. Great staff, great facilities. Well worth the drive.
