Teri poorly handled my groceries and when I asked her not to she had a pissy attitude about it and started making indirect comments to other customers. Very rude. Act your age Teri

This place is a TRIP! It is a great big building with a melange of goods for sale. They do offer some organic produce. Their prices are extremely competitive. It is my understanding that Sherm, the founder, quite a long time ago wanted to create a grocery store that was affordable for people, which in my opinion is very commendable. For that reason alone, I do go in there to see what might be on my shopping list so that I can give them some of my business. I really admire people who do their best to your serve our community.

Great local grocery store in Medford, OR. Thunderbird carries local brands and is small enough for you to be in and out rather quickly. Friendly customer service with clean and organized aisles. Thank you.

This place discriminates against disabled people I went there because I’m disabled. I have a small camper that I tow behind my truck because I need amenities often I went there and was needing to put my groceries into my small camper refrigerator when I do that I have to pop up the top to get into the camper, the manager came outside and kicked me out the property and told me I could not camp there when I was not camping as a matter of fact, I work next-door and I was getting ready for work so I left immediately and went to my work where I parked in the parking lot of my work the police then showed up and told me I was not allowed to park in the parking lot of my work I drive 2 1/2 hours to get to work. I have disabilities so I tow a small camper. I bought groceries at the store was not even allowed to put them in the refrigerator. They all went bad and it cost me a lot of money . I’m disabled and now I have to walk to work from another parking lot because they will not allow me to park on their property. I did not have any incident with them. I did not have any issue with them. I was simply in my camper putting things away before work , when this manager guy decided that I must be homeless, which I am not or I must be a vagrant and camping which I am not,I was apparently profiled by the morning time manager . I literally work next-door it was very inconvenient. It cost me a lot of money because all my food then went bad I don’t recommend if you are disabled in anyway to shop at the store I have never been treated so badly at a grocery store by anybody my whole life , it was horrible. What a horrible experience.

I feel this is the BEST retail grocery store in Southern Oregon. It is a big store and they have a very large selection of just about everything. They usually have several check stands open so you seldom have to wait. They have a large selections of KETO, Sugar Free, Atkins, Bulk, and Organic items to pick from. The help is very good about helping people find what they need. Thank You Sherm's.

A smaller variety of items than the food for less, but this is a decent place to pop in for your essentials.

Usually one of my favorite places to shop, usually - locally owned, big enough to carry just about everything, competitive prices, and no need for a map to shop (small enough to find things)However, today the checker didn't seem to share the usual high standard for customer service and continued their (her) conversation with another employee (male) about an inconsequential matter (how good the tall guy, who stalks at night, is such a great cashier). How ironic when a customer is right in front of you (and you ignore them to talk to about how great someone else is as a stabd in cashier).Maybe management should consider having the tall, good checker work during the day. ?I'll update my review the next time I come through...

Great Prices, lighting is creepy and the Freezer/Dairy area is spooky to walk through. Isles are tight and poles in the way....

Sherm's Thunderbird and all their stores are a find. I mean you might not ever go to a normal supermarket after visiting their stores. The prices are great and the selection outstanding. If you go to the big store in Medford, you will walk for nearly a mile through many many choices of all kinds of foods. Sherm was a great guy who did much for the community. He created a resource in the supermarket for people who could not afford expensive choices, but still made things fantastic for any shopper. When I am in Medford, I always go to Sherm's. - We go there every time we are in town. Check it out.
