I rely on stylist Abbi as someone who always listens to what I am looking for in my style, and helps me to achieve that look every time no matter what my current taste is I can show it to her and she makes it happen. She is a kind person who makes it easy to be her client. If you are into poor customer service and an unclean environment look no further! I have never experienced a salon with such poor customer service. We were told they were 15 minutes behind. NBD. However after those 15 minutes we waited another 20 minutes. During the last 10 minutes Abigail was just in the lobby with the previous clients switching numbers and discussing their vacations while catching up. Afterwards there was no apology, no thank you for waiting, no discount, nothing. Just, "are you ready?" Get brought back to the seat (which we could see from the lobby and she never cleaned!?) She sat us in a dirty chair covered in hair (EW?!) Customer service--awful. Thought maybe the cut with be worth it. WRONG. The back was so crooked and uneven, the bangs were so uneven (Over an inch shorter on one side) Asked why she was cutting hair dry and asked if she could cut wet, was told no, that dry is more accurate. (Fine, I'm not the 'professional', however it was far from accurate) The layers were so choppy, split ends were not cleaned up, and the requested V shape in the back was not done. After washing hair, she started at the top of head to brush out and continued to yank through my hair!! Actively ripping it and hurting my head. She dropped the hair clip multiple times, yet kept using the dirty one that was just dropped in floor hair? EW again. Then pulled a brush from bottom drawer that had obvious strands of hair sticking out of it. AGAIN EW! What was with this place? absolute filth.Again, no apology, no compensation, not willing to work with requests, etc. She even suggested we go to sallys when we want to re bleach our hair! Even she wouldn't recommend herself. yikes. I ended up (During my visit) booking at another location to fix the mess.Would never recommend Abigail. Very unfortunate they have this stylist as I have heard nothing but great things about Scissorhead.**update the stylist text me at 930pm to say "sometimes a little hair can be missed" yes, that's true when you don't clean! We could see her the entire time.Service: Haircut

What a fabulous experience! Not only were they able to fit me in as a walk in today, but the salon had a great vibe and I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Abby is AMAZING! THANK YOU for such a great experience. Especially since it was my first time in. I will most definitely be back.

I’ve had nothing but quality service at Scissorhead Salon. Julie is fabulous, down-to-earth and exceptional at her craft. I always leave feeling beautiful and fulfilled. Highly recommend!

After being unhappy with my hair color at a few other places I was so thankful I found Julie and her team for my balayage. Julie has such a passion for what she does and it truly shows in her work. My blonde has never looked better and has also stayed super healthy. The salon is super cute, clean, and a relaxing place to spend a few hours.

Chanell is awesome! I called the salon this morning because I received a botched haircut at another salon in town yesterday. Chanell was so sweet and was able to get me in by the afternoon. She did an awesome job on my hair.
