The service is always superb, they've got a pretty well variety of things to suit every consumers needs. I'm glad to see that they are still in business and thriving. I wish however that they wouldn't of taken out the pharmacy. They lost a lot of business doing that.”

“The service here is always wonderful! Today I was trying to look through some boxes with merchandise that were not in order by size and an employee walked by and asked if I needed help, which I did. She went above and beyond helping me sort through the boxes and stayed there to organize them better for other customers. They have a great selection of bird seed and outdoor accessories, as well as everyday and seasonal items with reasonable prices. The store itself is well-maintained with clean bathrooms.”

But there really good at sending text to pick up meds and phone calls as well . Good with email and text reminders for apps. “I could probably find a few things that could lower this score, but the overall experience was good. I bought deli chicken, but the deli was out, and they cooked a fresh batch that was great. I found all the items that were on my list. I chose using a cashier rather than self checkout because I had fresh veggies, and I have problems checking vegetables. The only complaint was price, but to be fair, even my budget grocery has raised their prices.”

“I had to go to the Safeway Pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy is having a difficult time keeping this particular medication on hand because there is a shortage due to the production of this medication. When I called to check with Safeway’s Pharmacy they were very pleasant and happy to help me. They had it so I went in to pick it up and they were so friendly and they put a smile on my face. Great place to get your meds filled!”

“My husband had surgery in Medford and we live in Brookings so we were staying at a motel. Long story short my husband had to be present in order to have his prescriptions filled because I misplaced my ID prior to leaving. Anyhow my husband was still pretty out of it and nauseous from just having surgery. First we went to FM pharmacy and there were no chairs for my husband and only 2 ppl ahead of us it took forever and the cashier was so rude to the ppl and in front of us. We left and went to Walgreens and it was a completely different experience. There were chairs, the customer service clerk was on top of it and kind and even though they were busy the pharmacist took time to help a customer find a medication on the shelf. Everyone there was so busy yet so kind!”

I have always been treated with respect and many times have been asked how Wilbur was doing ( he had Cushings disease ). Multiple times we had to go from liquid to pill and back again as his health deteriorated. I (we) never had a problem with refills or any delay in filling his meds.
