Had a recommendation for some work.asked for a copy.we went to pay didn't get a copy but we will be back for the work.im sure it's in your computer when we make an appointment.and we had an 8:00 appt and did not get in til 8:45.Staff is always helpful and courteous.

I came here to use the car charger, staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The whole establishment is truly giving, as there are street cats that live in the area and are taken care of by all the staff. The staff spoke about how they all appreciate being a part of this team/community, the benefits the company provides and it was so beautiful to see them happy in their workplace. This place is truly blessed!✨ ?

drove my new vehicle off the lot yesterday & 10/10 would and have already recommended Lithia Toyota of Medford. I could not be any happier, overall great experience. I am outside of the Portland area-- so not close-- but I wanted a very specific 4Runner and when all the other dealerships in my area told me to forget it, Evan took on the challenge and helped me obtain my dream car. I would drive the 5 hours back to this dealership to do business in a heartbeat again. Brian and Scott were also very easy to work with.
