I appreciate and have no qualms with the women that work there but it's the corporation who clearly overwork these women that needs to be held accountable. They rarely seem happy. Mostly upset at each other about them all not sharing the same work ethic. I heard them bickering about one of them taking too long on breaks which puts extra pressure on the rest of the staff. My Major Beef: The check-in online function is seriously flawed because it doesn't factor in breaks or longer than average cuts. The last 3 times I was called in I had to wait an additional 25 to 45 minutes. I was on a lunch break which didn't get me back to work on time. Despite there being 8 seats it's rare to see more than 3 stylists cutting at the same time. Today the wait list was 24 people and got up to 2 hours. The part that really irritates me is that annoyed patrons take their frustrations out on the stylists who are already working unnecessarily hard. There should be a manager assigned to be a buffer between angry public and the talent. The stylist are expected to stop what they are doing mid cut and go check someone in despite the elaborate check-in system. Didn't think of just adding a touch screen at the end of the process so the stylist can focus on what you hired them for? Also I don't know if it's an hourly job or if they are paid per cut but one of the stylists was clearly in protest mode because in the time it took the other two women to do 3 cuts this other one did only one and it was a simple enough looking fade on a highschool age kid. For as much as the cut is with tip im probably better off going to a place I can get an actual set-in-stone appointment but I feel that these employees are mistreated so I continue to patronize despite these inconveniences patrons face.The last issue is the first available stylist system is flawed because I will get a great cut from a particular stylist and the next time all I have is HOPE that I'll get the same person again. I assume I can ask for a specific person but I'd probably have to wait an addition 30 minutes to an hour. So it's hit or miss. But I will say that it's mostly been a favorable outcome for the actual cut after the fact. It's just the tedium of the experience before the chair and the treatment of the employees that kill it for me.

It's honestly so disappointing that maybe one out of five times that I come, I get what I actually want.. today was my last time coming here.. or any great clips for that matter.

Long story short, we got skipped by the online system. There were 2 families with a total of 3 haircuts. It was a very frustrating experience as we were not local to this shop however, I appreciate not having another 90 minute wait. They didtry to make it better.

Excellent service at this location, professional haircuts and great stylists to work with. Samantha, the manager in particular is a great human being to work with, very articulated and experienced stylist that gives the best haircut that matches your own request and persona with extreme detail and consideration for the job. This review is of the manager on duty at 5 pm on September 5, 2023. I waited to pay while the manager counted out a good sized handful of fives. A number of 20’s were visible in the till. No problem, it only took a minute.When I presented a 50 as payment, the manager directed the person taking payment not to accept it because it would require two 5’s as change. She directed me to leave the establishment and change the 50 at the next door Starbucks, who apparently regularly makes change for great clips customers, or failing that, to the bank. After 2 or 3 requests, I relented and paid by credit card. I had only $58 cash on me.I understand not accepting a 50 dollar bill sixty years ago, when a candy bar cost a dime. Today, a 50 is the smallest bill that will fully pay for their standard $21 haircut. This is like using a 5 to pay for a $2 candy bar.This is atrocious customer service. I hope the owner has a long talk with or fires the manager at this location.

Hanna did an amazing job on my hair, and I have super thick hair and a lot of it! I wasn’t expecting much from a great clips but ended up getting lots of compliments just a few hours after my haircut. She was also super fun in general and fun to talk to. Thanks Hanna!
