It's been so hard to get an appointment, we have been trying for 3 weeks now always over a 2hr wait. Just be patient and keep checking there time slots. Good hair cut.

I thought going into this place would be different but for mine and my boyfriends haircut was not even worth $1 we both asked for spasific haircuts by going off of pictures of haircuts we liked most mine was sapouse to be a teased bob cut and the hairdresser just snipped it and made me look like I was a 12 year old now for my boyfriends they didn't even fade his hair right the back of it looks all crooked like the hair dresser took wavey scissors to it this hair cut was definitely not worth $40 in the endService: Haircut

The haircuts are usually good but the check-in procedure is infuriating. Must check in online, but their website wasn't allowing me to do that on my smartphone, so I called two different locations and both absolutely refused to add me to their wait list. Both places spent 5 minutes explaining why they couldn't help me. Instead of taking their time to explain why they couldn't help me, they could have just added me to their list and been done with it. Moreover, you could just show up for a cut (not having signed in online) and if a customer arrives 10 or 15 minutes after you, but he/she DID sign up online, the store will serviceTHAT person first. YES! Just because THAT person signed in online and you didn't. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Someone needs to teach this company how to do business. Cuts are usually good, but the only reason I go there is because of the cost - it's the most affordable in the area.

my stylist did not listen to me at all. I did not get what I wanted after telling her 4 times. I paid $17 for a inch trim. very unhappy

Was nice I could check in online and also get a text when it was almost time for my appointment. Staff was nice and I always appreciate it when I don't have to hear anything about my service animal.
