I have had several visits and they have all been out standing. The staff is courteous and explain services effectively. I had to put a 15 year old cat down and it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. I have two kittens that are getting their shots and I am always treated nice and fair. I don't think they are taking new patients but I would try the wait list

We took 3 of our 4 month old Belgian Malinois puppies for shots. They are about 35 pounds of powerful energy. One of the hyper-vigilant Vet assistant girls there felt I was too rough trying to contain them. A policeman came to our door stating the Vet office had called filing a complaint to the humane society, who in-turn called the police. The officer saw that these are well cared for, happy, and healthy puppies. He left on a positive note.

I love my vet and the staff. Everyone is kind and caring to my husband and me as well as our kitties. Fabulous thorough and clear communication. My kitties don't mind going to the vet. Prices are fair. Plenty of parking. I actually can't say enough good things about these folks. They are simply wonderful!

I would not recommend this place.. l took my 10 yr old dog here who never had any problems.. l told them he had a cough followed by a gak, l told them he seemed tired and just not feeling good. He was eating and drinking fine at that point . so they recommended Benadryl, and told me his lungs and heart seemed fine. turns out my dog had diabetes and if they would have ran a blood test first they would have seen it. My dog had to be put down 3 weeks after because he went right to ketoacidosis because of the Benadryl Do not give your dog Benadryl with a full blood testing for diabetes!, look it up, this made his diabetes worsen and there was no saving him! Fact never give your dog anything until you confirm it with a blood test first!

Have been going here for a few years with reliably good experiences. This most recent experience has been the best. My doggo has to go to the emergency vet for a few days over the holiday weekend and when I realized she needed surgery I wanted it to be (here) at her normal vet. I transferred her between the two vets IV and catheter attached. The doctor doing her surgery met me in the parking lot (Covid) and talked me through everything that was going to happen. Her surgery was less than anticipated and the doctor called personally post op, the next day to check up and a few days later when some test results came in. This has been the most kind, compassionate and personable experience I've had with a vet in a while and that's saying something with my pups history of vet visits.

Siskiyou vet hospital provided heart worm medication that could potentially be harmful to my dog, without warning. When I came back in to explain that this medication could indeed be harmful and I would like to buy a different kind, they assured me that the dose is so low it won't cause any symptoms. I'm currently driving my dog to a different vet to get treatment because he is experiencing ivermectin toxicity. I will not be going back to Siskiyou vet and I will never recommend this place to anyone with an animal. If a medication could potentially be harmful to my animal, I would have loved to know. Siskiyou vet did not make it seem like it was important. I hope my dog returns to himself. Very disappointed in this establishment.

Very professional. Prompt service due to their meticulous scheduling. Clean. Friendly. Full service. I will with hold off on the last star until I know them a little better (I am new) but so far I like them a lot.

Dr dinner has been wonderful. We've been taking our 3 dogs to him for 3 years. I feel like they don't ever do things unnecessarily and are helpfully cost conscience while still caring so much for my dogs. We went through a pregnancy and c section with my lab and they handled it so well! The staff has always been compassionate and amazing.
