Looking for a particularly popular caliber box of ammo. When I asked the clerk if the store had the ammo in stock, she said something to the effect that 'it's the end of the season' and I should have come last month.

OMG!! I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes waiting to ask a very important question about a prescription I have there!!! Before Walgreen's took over, they answered their phones in a timely manner. This is ridiculous! Moving my prescriptions immediately. Actual rating?? Negative 10 stars!!!

This place will have your car illegally towed on a 107 degree day because you had it parked at the end of their lot for 25 hours!! What happened to compassion or idk fallowing the LAW!?!? Under oregon code 98.830 they as the property owners are to post a 72 hour notice to have it towed as a privet property tow.Instead they have some scum bag tow yard patrolling their lot to screw the working people over. F**k you bimart this place has been a staple in my shopping needs. But seems like they don't give a damn about their members anymore.Cost me almost $400 to get my car out of impound! This was him "cutting" me a deal. Well bimart let me cut you a better one you will not get a dime from me or my family. You can take your five dollar member ship and shove it! I'm also consulting an attorney next week because this is absolutely bullshit. No one should have to come to finding their car MISSING!!The notice I got was a red dot saying 1136 pm at 1030 am my car was towed!! This is ILLEGAL!!

Stale, overpriced merchandise. Decent selection but overall price gougers. I would recommend one of the other many retailers in town.

Bi-mart is a good company. I have had to transfer my prescriptions to this location because of availability of my medication. The pharmacy staff here is really kind and helpful. I appreciate how well they take care of me. The customer service is excellent.

I'm rating the pharmacy. My husband called and gave them 24 hours notice and they still haven't filled our scripts. We normally go to a different pharmacy But due to wildfires we had to switch and have never been treated so poorly. The medications I'm on have serious side effects if I don't get them. He went to pick them up and was told sorry we don't have Any.We normally pick up our meds on the 12 of every month. Because of their delays we are now way behind schedule. This is highly unprofessional. When someone calls 24 hours in advanced that PLENTY of time to fill their scripts. Never again. Going to switch back to my old pharmacy ASAP.

My only complaint about BiMart is that they don't stay open later! But then, that would kind of take away from the small-town, down home feel of the store. Always a good selection, most employees are super sweet and helpful (I say "most"-there was a certain pharmacist who was quite condescending and rude when I had a question and one clerk who's not the sharpest cleaver in the drawer who has a bit of an attitude). If I need something outside of my usual necessities, it can be a little bit of a problem getting somebody to understand what I'm looking for. But for the dailies of life, and for selection and price and ease of parking, this store beats 'em all! I've been shopping here for decades and have no plans to stop!

Went in to buy fishing licenses, waited in line for approximately 10 minutes. The man behind the counter had already greeted us and asked what we needed and we told him fishing licenses. As he finished with the gentleman he was helping somebody that he knew came in and he also greeted him. He then proceeded to ask the gentleman what he could help him with knowing we had been waiting for all that time. My husband and I started to walk away and he then asked why we were leaving and I explained if he wanted to help his friend first we would go someplace else to purchase fishing licenses. He all of a sudden got very friendly and offered to help us instead. Poor customer relations.

Bimart is like the original Fred Meyer. I love that it's locally owned, and the employees seem grateful and happy to work there. Friendly and helpful management also. They everything from outdoor sporting gear to coffee beans.
