Worst eye place i’ve ever been to.. Messed up and put the wrong prescription in both my glasses AND contacts. After i waited about 4 weeks for both. So they have to order them both again and i have to wait ANOTHER 4 weeks. I am very understanding the first time they messed my contacts up and let me leave without giving me any info and let me wear trial pairs for months. But they continue to mess up and i have paid way to much for this to continue to happen very frustrating. Do not recommend.

This is the most disorganized store with awful customer service. Sadly, I can't fault the staff because I believe there is just a lack of training and leadership. The staff is constantly changing tasks and not addressing customer needs, i.e. the phone rings, a new customer comes in, another staff has an issue. I watched 4 staff work with one customer issue (none of them had a solution and they continued to wander together, lost). There was so much more to the chaos and as customers continued to enter we finally gave up and walked away, for the third time (more than enough opportunities over 3 months).

Wish I could give negative stars. We've used America's Best for years. Theyve went down hill! I went in for a simple contact exam and it was the worst experience! I was told my daily contacts were ordered, well they weren't! I was told my follow up appointment would be 10minutes, I was there for almost 2 hours! The receptionist is so rude and disrespectful to customers. The doctor and one tech was very helpful.

2024-01-26. This is a very understaffed, stressed out, poorly managed clinic (Bonnie is the manager). There are some great employees there and they are working really hard (Ashley and Monty). In summary, without enough staff they are left to do things like run out mid day to buy printer paper while you wait. They opened the store an hour late today and were unable to help most customers due to Bonnie locking the files in her office and otherwise losing track of information left and right. I feel sorry for these employees. Please save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to go until America's Best replaces the management.

We were told glasses were 7-10 business days. It’s been 12 days and when I call the Medford business I am put on hold for over 15 minutes and I finally just hang up. I have called 4 times and no results. Very poor customer service!

They say 7-10 business days to receive my glasses. It's been 3 weeks and counting just as it was last time I got glasses there. I'll definitely go elsewhere next time.

I agree staff is nice but associate seemed untrained. Lenses were in the wrong frames. My husband's frames were wrong too. Associate never sent me a receipt or info I requested even though he said he would. (twice) He wasn't familiar with my insurance and I was left on hold when I called a few times. America's Best?

Don't get me wrong, the girls and staff working this store are great people... but the store manager Betty hasn't trained the staff accordingly. The store is so unorganized and they lost my glasses and had to re-order them.The employees are not even trained to fit eye glasses on to your face and the employee who was helping me with my first pair completely bent the frames and they don't fit right on face at all and I fear having to get a new pair cause I get heachaches and get dizzy when wearing them.Over-all.... It was a bit of a headache of experience. I usually go to Costco and my biggest regret was trying to save a couple bucks going here.

They say they are open until 7 pm but they close whenever they want to. I've came twice before they are supposed to be closed and they are in there but the door is locked. They see you and tell you they are closed and won't open the door !! Don't send me a text telling me I can pick up my glasses. Some people work until 6pm!!!! How rude!!
