There's a woman that works at the store, she is on the heavier side, where's glasses and has very short hair and I believe her name is cindy. She was extremely rude and I think I will no longer spend my money there at Pinnacle 365 madras Oregon. Terrible customer service, terrible work ethics and a bad additude that does not belong in the field of customer service. Fire her and I will continue to spend my money there; keep her and I will take my money elsewhere. I think she hates her Job so firing her might make her a happier person. Do both Cindy and I a favor and let her go.

Worst service EVER experienced! It's 1:34pm, January 25th and the cashier was an absolute disgust! She snatched my payment card out of my hand, walks out of the restroom swinging the door opened hard. Absolutely absurd.

Love the store they sell my favorite snacks they sell hotdogs that are better then from the other stores and it was a good experience however there was a problem they didn't sell my favorite gift cards I hope one day they get in stock of it *I forgot which item I was talking about* so good experience btw I'm a kid so tomorrow I will go to that store by myself when my parents are at work. *Don't ask any questions about it*

Came here on our way to Lake Billy. Needed gas and a few items inside store. On first entering store one of your employees was arguing with a patron in front of the soda fountain machine. When I placed my items on the counter (bottled water, chips and a half rack of beer). She (same employee that lashed out at patron) said "anyone under the age of 30 needs to show ID". My son and his girlfriend who are over the age of 21 were standing behind me. I said "well I'm 51, I'm buying these items". Then she repeated herself and said "I'm just doing my job". This was ridiculous and I told her that. She then mumbled something to me and I said "what did you say"? She said "are you going to be nice to me"? At this point I was in disbelief and left the store without purchasing anything. But before I left the other patron who she barked at was beyond being nice especially after seeing what she said to me and began giving her the biz. She needs to do her job by staying behind the counter, and keep her comments to herself .

Pleasantly surprised by the quality service at this location, Ron was very helpful and pleasant. He made my experience very welcoming and convenient, I'm sure the rest of the staff are similar. Next time I come through the area I'll be sure to make this my stop!

I came into the store and employee Chasity was very friendly and very punctual with helping me. Also I was very happy to see that she washed her hands before she emerged from the cooking area. Although there was a lot of people gathered in the hallway to the bathroom I assume waiting for the bathroom but I didnt even attempt to stand in line of people who were having a little bit of an offensive conversation about someone else
