Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for immunizations for me and my elderly mother. Drive 45 minutes to get there. And of course 45 minutes back. Walked in and was told the pharmacy person was NOT ABLE TO GIVE IMMUNIZATIONS IN OREGON. No phone call, no email. Nobody acted like they even cared. This was the Lincoln City location. Will not return. I cannot believe no one contacted me!

This store seems like it's on its way to closing. Inventory out on everything, damaged inventory etc. I called ahead to verify they had plenty of a prescription thag I needed to have my doctor call it in as I was on vacation and lost it. They verified they had plenty in stock. So I had the RX sent there. Went in to check on it,L as I called the phaacy for half and hour with no answer. Not only did they have plenty of people working but they weren't answering the phones. They said they don't carry it and had to order it in. Get your inventory and customer service together. Another customer sent to Wal*store.

After being on hold for 59 min I got hung up on. I don't live in town so want to make sure before drive 30 min in said I was #1 in queue then I wasn't then disconnected. I went there only to find out they did not have this type of medication 45 seconds on the phone and I could have it cleared up all they want to say is not our fault we are short handed if you know anybody send them our way. First I am not recruitment for rite Aid second probably could do a better job. Was told the pharmacy manager was off I used to be a manager on salary plus bonuses and when I did not have enough employees guess what I would have to work.
Now asked for store manager she said they don't take complaint for the pharmacy I tried to get some answers but quote " you are being disruptive please leave and don't come back I will let pharmacy that you are not allowed here"
You are driving the locals somewhere else and will be dependent on just the tourists. And yes waiting on call back from corporate meanwhile leaving reviews everywhere I can next I will be on the sidewalk with a sign boycott rite Aid. No disabled Veteran should be treated this way.

If I had another choice I would use it. My prescriptions are rarely ready, which usually means I have to wait for 30 minutes. After waiting in line for who knows how long.

Pharmacy deliberately ignores phone calls. I walked in straight to the counter, still on the phone, and it was just ringing, literally watching them ignore my phone calls over and over again. I asked them if their phones were down and they gave me attitude, and were very unprofessional. Customer service is terrible and staff is purposefully negligent.

Hello?!! Is Rite Aid on Logan rd. in Lincoln City still open for business or have they closed indefinitely?Have been trying to call pharmacy for a few days now and no answer. Looked for store phone number and reach pharmacy instead. Just wondering.....
