I can't stand that this company bullied the town into discontinuing to offer notary services at the library then whines when they have to work a whole day.

I was happy with the shipping experience. I had several boxes that I needed packed and shipped. They were all very valuable and fragile. They were packed with such care ! Nothing broke! It was a huge task I brought to them and they shipped at the best rate and were so careful to be sure everything made it safely. I am so happy with their service and truly grateful we came upon them for shipping.

Kinda the only place you can mail a FedEx package without a prepaid label in Lincoln City. They also offer notary services and Amazon return drop off. However, they do not do UPS barcode/3D label drop-offs as they are not a full UPS store. You have to go to Salem, McMinnville, or Corvallis for that.
Parking can be a bit interesting at times as there is only one way in and one way out and the UHaul store is right next door.

I am extremely unhappy with their Notary Public. We had important, time sensitive documents that needed notarized. For some reason, even though her job is to simply make sure we are who we say we are by verifying ID and attesting that she did so, she demanded to see further legal paperwork that she had no business seeing. It took us over an hour to get it, and then she said she just didn’t feel comfortable doing it at all. Because of the delay, there was now no way we could get it out before the weekend, which means it won’t be where it needs to be next week on time. All because this person didn’t know her job, caused a delay, and then refused to do it. Extremely unprofessional and now it’s put us in a real bind. We should’ve just gone to someone else who actually knew how to do the job and wouldn’t be misleading and deceitful about it.
*UPDATED* to address the response: The name of the person on the document to be signed was never in dispute… it’s stated right there on the document we needed notarized. Several times. We had the proper legal id: a state-issued driver’s license, but you demanded to see our father’s will, too. Which is none of your business.

Never open on timePeople have to wait. Don't count on dropping and leaving. Wait ant maybe they might show up at 11:30 change hours if you don't want to be open for 5 hrs. Wow.
