I recently had an incredible experience at The UPS Store that truly went above and beyond any customer service expectations. Just two days ago, while picking up a package, I found myself in a bit of a predicament as I had accidentally locked my keys inside my car. I mentioned my situation to one of the clerks, David, who was there at the time.
Without hesitation, David promptly finished up his tasks, and, taking time out of his own lunch break, offered to drive me to my house to retrieve my spare keys. During our trip, David's conversation was nothing short of inspiring; he spoke passionately about his love for his job, the excellent management at the store, and his overall outlook on life which was filled with positivity and kindness.
The level of commitment and warmth shown by David was phenomenal. It's clear that this store doesn't just hire employees; they nurture truly remarkable individuals who embody the values of their management. This experience not only solved my immediate problem but also left a lasting impression on me about the caliber of people at this UPS Store.
I am immensely grateful for the kindness and exceptional customer service provided by David and the team. It’s evident that great management is at play here, fostering an environment where employees like David are happy, motivated, and ready to go the extra mile for customers. This store doesn’t just deliver packages; they deliver outstanding service and make sure their customers leave happier than when they entered. Thank you so much!

Very pleasant and efficient. I needed some 11x17 prints and copies made for design work. I usually go to a different UPS store and the machines are set up differently. Both gals working were very pleasant and quick at getting everything done and made sure I was happy with the prints.

Really easy Amazon returns process here, option to do it yourself if you don’t want to wait in line. And I had an excellent experience this morning, the gentleman working today saw me attempting to carry my baby and return package and offered to help. A real act of kindness and much appreciated! Thank you sir!

Alyssa here at the UPS Store is incredible. So kind so helpful always with a smile. Highly recommended. They have USPS pricing now as well. Parking is difficult but it's the strip mall not UPS's fault.

I went in today to return a couple of things, the girl with a very pretty pink hair was helping me , she is very patient, very friendly and very helpful. I have gone there several times to use their services and they have always been very helpful and always gives very good service.

Always super super helpful! I have never waited for longer than five minutes at a time for help. Everyone is super ready to assist me. They will help print labels for free! And tape them on…if you don’t know how to do this they walk you through it! I would feel comfortable sending my 90 year old grandma in there with an Amazon return knowing they would be willing to help her through it! Even as they are closing up for the night they understand how frustrating it is when you need to get something sent of and always take my stuff at the last minute! I am so grateful I have found them. It wasn’t until I was in Beaverton and had something to ship in my car and figured I would get it done at the ups store out by my kids’ soccer game….that I realized not all these ups stores are not created equal! I had to pay for printing and they didn’t want to help..they just pointed to their signs when I had questions and seemed annoyed at my questions…

Friendly staff, and very helpful. I've been having my UPS access point packages come here for quite some time now. Always dependable, never an issue or problem had. I'd recommend highly.

I was dreading going here again, given my prior experiences. But a new group of employees was working and the one who helped me was quite pleasant and efficient. I've had good luck shipping art canvases with UPS. I hope these employees stick around!
