I highly do not recommend coming to this place the people obviously have anger issues because they left a nasty note on my window. There is heavy construction in Lake Oswego and I have to fight for parking their customers. They don't have enough. Too bad they felt to be nasty instead of being kind, I work near them and I refer people to places that I get my nails and hair done and I have considered going to them. I heard that they chase down one of the other people and yelled at them. That gives me a very bad taste for business

Marie Penney is the best!!!! She is so talented and so fun to talk with! All the ladies are extremely friendly. The salon is tucked away in a nice area.

Upon first walking in, I immediately felt at ease. I was greeted genuine care and smiles from all the stylists. The stylists were able to fix a hair color that went bad from a different salon, working tighter with the other stylists to ensure they utilize the perfect blend of products to regain the little health I had left in my hair. The aesthetician is amazing. Very gentle, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand your skin type before immediately providing treatment. Everyone there has years of experience and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I have received there. Not only is Paradigm in a great location with boutiques and restaurants near by, but the salon itself is clean, has basic refreshments (that are offered immediately), not too crowded with multiple other stylist's chairs and equipment, and has great lighting and ambiance to allow for a relaxing experience.

I have been going to Paradigm for my hair care and skin care since it opened and I have known the owners for many years before that. Marie and Cheryl are creative and talented stylists, always current with the new trends and skilled (and honest) about what will work for me. Daniela is also great at taming my unruly brows! Altogether I recommend this salon very highly as a peaceful and fun place to spend a little time on yourself!

Daniela at Paradigm Salon gives the best facials! She uses wonderful, safe products that make my skin feel rejuvenated and smooth. She is experienced at accessing my skin needs and providing professional care as I journey thru the aging process. And she is very friendly and accommodating. Give her a call!

I have been going to Paradigm Salon for years and have been utterly satisfied with everything they do there. I would go beyond that actually, to say that my stylist, Marie, is a true artist. I have chosen a rather difficult haircut, a precision asymmetrical wedge (think Sassoon) because it is the most flattering and maintenance-free possible. Marie is able to do this haircut perfectly every single time, and there are few who can. Believe me, I went to many salons and stylists looking for someone who could consistently do this precision cut, before finding Marie. I constantly receive compliments from strangers on my hair, including one in NY City at a fancy restaurant. The woman was disappointed (and a little shocked) to hear that my Salon was in Oregon, rather than in NYC. I have received other services from their aesthetician, Daniela, and she is wonderful. To add to all this, these are all people I truly like as individuals and look forward to seeing every 5 or 6 weeks. I highly recommend Paradigm Salon.

If you are looking for a fantastic facial, Daniela at Paradigm Salon is the right aesthetician for you! I have delicate, sensitive skin, and she works wonders! It is always a treat for me to visit, and I leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated with glowing skin. And, if I get a flare, I head straight there! It makes a big difference in speeding my recovery time. Definitely recommend.

I get a facial, brow wax and tint on a regular basis from Daniela and she is wonderful. I do the express facial and think it is a particularly good value. Daniela also has some good facial products for sale. The atmosphere in the salon is cozy and warm. I also go to Marie for my hair cut and color and she is fabulous!!

I have been a client for about 3 years. I have my hair cut and colored by Marie and I see Daniela for eyebrow waxing. Great place! Everyone who works at Paradigm is very friendly and talented. I look forward to every visit.
