Leslie Ann has created beautiful cards for me for many years! She has helped me with branding and is a true artist.However the last time I used her, she ordered 500 cards for me, I paid her, and she responded once in 6 months about said cards. I tried many different ways to get ahold of her, was patient, was kind and nothing, not a word. I never received my cards or a refund for those cards. I was left on my own to figure out how to order them with the files she provided, that weren't quite right. It took 2 different tries to get my business cards on my own. It was VERY disappointing to say the least! I have waited close to 6 months to write this and still not a single word from her about my cards, a refund or an apology. Use her for design but order the cards on your own or don't pay everything upfront.
