Eric Croll & his assistant Emilia, made the sometimes difficult & frustrating mortgage loan experience as easy as they could. Both were great at communicating, replied to every phone call, every question and were very thorough on their follow up. I me an Eric had a quick chat on a Saturday about the possibility of getting us approved for a home loan. On Sunday we filled out the application and first thing on Monday he contacted us and let us know we were able to buy a home. He immediately got in contact with our realtor and remained in constant communication through the process. By Wednesday morning we were under contract with a closing date only 26 days away. Eric and his team got us closed on time and worked with us every step of the way. After 2 previous real estate transactions with other companies were the closing was held up it was refreshing to work with a team committed to closing on time.
