This is the worst shopping experience. I strongly suggest that the staff of this store should be improved. This afternoon, my husband and I came here with our children to use the coupons given by the last shopping. As soon as I entered the store, I felt the unfriendly expression of a petite lady at the checkout counter. Although I felt uncomfortable, I didn't think too much about it. As a result, when my husband went in to try on clothes and I lowered my head to look at my phone, I heard a voice coming from behind and then quickly walked away. Although the voice was very small, it was cold. I quickly looked back and found that the lady was talking to me or my two children. It should be that the children were too noisy and asked them to be quiet or not to touch their clothes. To be honest, children are sometimes a headache when playing, and parents should understand this helplessness. But I can be sure that my children did not make too much trouble. And this is not a library or a place that needs to be quiet, it is just a shopping store. I have encountered tolerant and friendly staff in any shopping place, and many staff even joke with them. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. It is equivalent to driving us away. I went in and called my husband away from the fitting room. It felt suffocating. Because I don't know whether she doesn't like children or because of our skin color! If she had reminded me with a smile and in a friendly way, I would have shown great understanding, but she didn't. Now not only me, but also my children have a shadow on the Columbia brand. We feel discriminated against!

The prices are great and so are the clothes. However, the customer service was very disappointing when we went. When we tried to use our family employee discount we were told that they couldn't find us using our ID and needed to have the employee add us to their account (not even sure how that would work). Then we were forced to pay with the credit card that was linked to the account. Finally, when we got home (which is more than an hour away) we found out that the cashier never took off the alarm tag from the clothes. This was extremely disappointing as we now have to drive all the way back.

Ariel the manger took care of Me for twenty minutes. She helped me Find my husband a jacket. She has to pull from the back. And shirts, the same! She was fantastic. And Thelma helped me at the counter and she equally was fantastic. Thank you all so much for such great service!!

I have purchased some decent coats and such from Columbia but the worst clothes I own come from Columbia as well. “Large” socks so tight I can barely force my hand into them to turn them right side out, socks with so many little fiber loops that they get caught on toenails every freaking time. Pants with tiny little belt hoops that basically will not fit any normal belt, “masks” during Covid that were single layer open weave garbage. I just found myself owning Columbia clothes that seem like no one has ever tried them on or actually tested the design… like the stuff is just slapped together and pumped out without any ergonomic considerations. such a mixed bag because prices are good but literally the most annoying clothes I have purchased have come from this place.
