“Was looking for something else& never found it. So was browsing & found a cpl things I needed. I love Big Lots. I was frustrated because I found a curtain I like but they only carried 84" length. Why can't they order 72" also. Nice to have more than one size choice. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Store is pretty clean. Had empty carts in the middle of an isle blocking my ability 2 get to the items. Overall the store was stocked w/something that had choices. Access 2 store is easy, handicap parking right in front.”

“Went in to browse and found afew things we could use. Seemed like it was pretty busy, clean store. Plenty of employees to help with needs or questions. Have some reasonable prices. Would go again. ? had workout stuff and lots of water bottles to choose from.”
“Love these guys! Love this Store! Quality name brands. Cool finds. Great location. Friendly service. Strict return policies but hey, so long as you know that you can't bring back stuff you have worn more than a short period of time to try them on at home unlaundered or walk around in the shoes you just bought for a day or two and expect a return or exchange. Lol. If you walk ANYwhere outdoors with a new pair of shoes don't bother. They are yours now. They have fitting rooms so use them wisely and give these staff members a small reprieve. They work hard. Put stuff back where you found them for the next guy and so we can get in and out cause if they get busy putting stuff back all the time or keeping stuff that didn't get purchased or returned items up front till there is time to put it back, well....that's the customers doing and if there is something you wanted that is presently out.....chances are it is on that said rack hidden at the front desk cause someone with no manners left that item or returned it and is sitting in wait until it can be put back where it belongs. So try it on, check it out but please put it back on the hanger or shelf if you aren't going to purchase it. Try on a jacket. Don't like it? Put it back. Decide wether you are really going to buy it or not. Don't wait till the last minute and decide not to and leave it in the front. Someone else may want it and won't see it cause someone left it somewhere it doesn't belong or has left it up front or with the dressing room attendants and they can't always redistribute items back fast enough. Just be courteous of others yo! Make a tha world go round que no?”

I'm amazed that the customer service offered for online purchases is far better than the in store experience AND their in store order filling system for pick up or delivery is incredible. “Wow! What a find. We had driven by this store numerous times before pulling in to see what it offered. So glad we didn't waste any more time before discovering this gem. I think I spent a full half hour in just the first aisle, looking at kitchen appliances! Kitchen, household, hardware, paint, garden, clothes, you name it. Even stationery which is my weakness. The prices are very reasonable, the variety is tremendous, and they have brand names you'd recognize, not inferior stuff exported by another company. Really love this store and can't wait for my next shopping adventure there”
