Note: they have an hour lunch 1-2 each day where it’s not open.
I don’t think I’ve ever had what I would call a “good experience” at a usps but now that I have been going to this one in Hubbard. WOW. Every time it’s enjoyable, it’s quick and simple. The people that work here especially the male worker (he is the main person I have experienced) is amazing. Kind, helpful, respectful and just a joy of a person. You can tell he cares and takes pride in his work. Even gave my kid a children’s book one time when my wife went in. I wish all government business ran like this.

Best post office around in my opinion. I drive from a neighboring town because they are friendly and I rarely have to wait. Doing a great job!

So one of your delivery workers has been not delivering packages to us for years. She does this thing, where she tell us there was some problem with delivery, and that we have to go to the office. For every delivery. And if it was that she couldn't make it across the lawn, or that that package was too heavy to go across the lawn to get to our porch, I would get it. But it is every single package that can't be shoved into a mailbox, and she walks across the lawn perfectly to leave notes on our porch. She doesn't knock either, so no one knows she was there. What I want to say is, if the package is too heavy, we are more than willing to grab it. If you are worried about tripping on the lawn, we understand, we are willing to grab it. If you knock on our door, we will hear, and we will answer. You don't even have to be near the porch, we understand that covid is a thing. We are very tired and vexed to have to keep going to the post office for something the post office said it could deliver to our porch.
