The staff is extremely rude, especially the one Employee Jeff. He is really Nasty towards people. Nobody communicates with each other. I sometimes bring cans in to return and I will stand there. No one will welcome me or tell me, someone will be right with you. I have talked to management multiple times about the attitude and nothing is ever done about it.

I switched pharmacies from the Hood River Walmart to this Walgreens since I grew tired of them frequently not having my prescription filled when I arrived and would then have to wait. I went from having about a fifty/fifty chance of just picking up my meds and leaving to a zero percent chance here. I have been with Walgreens for several months and they have never had my prescription ready for me when they say they will. Not one single time. Its always me telling them I called in my order and being told it would be filled and then them replying that it isnt in their system (my order) and that I will have to wait atleast forty five minutes up to an hour or two. As someone who works long days and has little enough time with my family before I need to go to bed each night this is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage others to not make this their pharmacy. I would give it one and a half stars if half stars were possible only because they are usually polite... politely telling you they didnt do their job, but polite nonetheless I must admit.

Almost a month ago I got a Covid booster. I specifically asked if I should wait for the updated version and was told it didn't matter.After waiting a half an hour, for no apparent reason, I was given the out-dated version. My left arm has been in extreme agony since.I realize this can happen, but I believe the person who administered the shot was unskilled and there's no excuse for Walgreens not to have recommended I wait a couple months for the version that would actually protect me from the new variant.

I went into Walgreens and when I was checking out the and cashier who was an older lady with white hair scanned my item and I handed her my money which was ones and she said “these are a lot of crumpled up ones” and I said “yeah” and then I wasn’t saying anything and she asked me “do you speak English or just Español”

One star is too high a rating for this pit.The quear "manager" is a worthless half wit.I will never set foot in a Walgreens store again as long as I live.

Elizabeth white, the shift lead was horrible at customer service. She was very rude and made 2 of the coworkers very uncomfortable. It was a matter of someone checking a price fir me and she told me to come back another time like whatttt??? Walgreens has lost me and my family because of her!

Allen the manager gave horrible customer service yelled at my face because i couldn't find isle 7 i am hard of hearing. Walgreens please do something about this.

If you like being served by one cashier & waiting in line for 40 minutes without them even acknowledging your existence, then this is the store to shop at, I will never return again

Forget about trying to get a pharmacist or pharmacy staff on the phone. I have tried on four different days. Each time I was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally hung up. Also annoying is a recorded message that comes on every 10 seconds while you are on hold saying "We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we'll be with you shortly". Well....no they WON'T "be with you shortly" and because it's every 10 seconds it is SUPER annoying. I live in Portland so it's not a "quick fix" just to drive over and address the request in person. No way to run a business. I will be transferring my Mom's RX's to another pharmacy in HR. Good-bye.

I used to love this pharmacy. Now it is so unfriendly, completely unproffessional and so slow you could be in line for an hour 6:00 hits they slam the do8r in your face!

Rachel Patterson, pharmacy manager, should be ashamed. Visiting from out of town and need antibiotics to battle an infection in my leg. Hours and hours after putting prescription in, and well past my dosage window and time promised, the pharmacy is so busy and disorganized that prescription is not ready. Lines super long and move slowly. Lunch break was not when they said it was. Worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever seen.
