Since the new ownership, I have experinced nothing but good things from this business. Randy provides the best custmer sevice in Hood RIver as far as I am concerned. I am a daily patron, and have gotten to know the staff and I must say, this business knows how to take care of its custeomrs. Keep up the great work!

It's SO nice to experience a proper customer service attitude!This is often a deciding factor, for us, when contimplating which station to go to.Employees that offer smiles, light hearted banter, good vibes and prompt services (especially the new worker...Randy?...I'm terrible with names) Anyways you know who you are.Excellent customer services! Used to be great. Now there's a a short guy with a white beard that tends to close early and everytime he has been "working" he spends more time on his phone than acknowledging the customers. The customer should be first priority since that's why he's getting paid to be there SMH

This gas station may not have the best gas prices in town but they do go the extra mile for their customers. The only place in town that will clean your windshields.

Friendly and efficient service, I stop at this Shell station when I'm passing through the Heights area of Hood River. Located in the same parking lot as Ace Hardware and Rosauer's super market, it's super convenient. Plus, there is plenty of room to pull in and out of the station. Attendants are friendly and even make conversation. They will clean your windshield, which if you live in this area or are traveling through, they need it! And I like my windshields clean. I've zero problem having someone else pump my gas; actually I prefer it! Have never understood why anyone would want to get out and pump their owman gas. Especially in a world where everyone uses drive throughs to get food, coffee and groceries, but they want to pump their own gas. Makes no sense.
