SCAM!
If you are ordering a product that may need to be returned than order elsewhere. They not only make you provide your own shipping cost to return, but also charge a “cleaning fee” for all items which was 50$ for me. The item I returned had a couple dog hairs on it, as I have dogs. I simply opened the box, tried it on, and returned will all original tags, etc. I was shocked at the customer service and insane return charges. Next time I will use NRS like I typically do, because they have great customer support and do not scan for returns.

Buyer beware! Ordered a paddle from here. Product came horribly packed and damaged. Upon contacting customer service they cowardly blamed the manufacturer (a third party) for shipping me a Damaged paddle. They Contacted said manufacturer with only one minor issue (a blemish) with my product knowing that particular issue wouldn’t be covered under warranty vs the several other shipping/handling related damages.

I purchased a tandem kayuak cockpit cover from thier Canadian website quoted at $117 can. when the bill went through our card we were billed $166.15 and when UPS tried to deliver we were charged an extra handling fee of $31.15 for a total of $197 almost twice the sale price. When I contacted support I was told I was billed $117 us.
this is a case of false advertising. If you are a canadian then I suggest you find another supplier

Update: customer service called me and took care of my problem.
This is a great example of taking a bad experience and making it into a good experience.
Original review: I've ordered with them for years but on my last order they didn't correct my invoice to reflect a coupon they offered. I notified them within 15 minutes of the order. Disappointing result for long time customer.

I returned an item, small purchase, and outdoor play charged me a processing $12 processing fee! I can't remember when I have ever been charged a processing fee for a return. It is shady, at best. Do not buy from this company!

Watch out for these guys. Spent $1300 on a dry suit only to find a ripped neck gasket (clearly item was not inspected before shipping) I had a major trip planned that I was not going to lose money on so because the suit touched the water they called it used and charged me a $300 restock fee after I was told to send it back for my money back. Way better options out there like cks.

Bought this box for a river rafting trip and it was perfect for carrying kitchen supplies and dry food items. I added handles I made from rope and PVC pipe to make it easier to carry from raft to campsite. Excellent box, good size, packed well, and I would recommend.
