Called this pharmacy at 3:18pm today and specifically asked if they had the medication I needed in stock before I had my prescription called in due to it being controlled. The person I spoke to said they did have it there in stock. I let my practitioner know that it could be sent to them to be filled. Hours later I get a text saying my prescription is delayed due to being out of stock. I call them and ask if it is in fact out of stock, or what's going on considering I'd asked 3.5 hours earlier and was told they had the medication and could fill it either today or tomorrow. The first person I spoke with said it was out of stock and that it would be in a shipment for the next business day (so Monday, 3 days from now) and she couldn't give anymore information, I ended up getting transferred to someone else that works in the pharmacy. They also confirmed it is not in stock, said it *might* be on the shipment coming in the next business day (again, Monday) and that *if it is* they can have it filled by Tuesday. He told me they would text when it's filled. I asked him why I was told that they have it in stock when they don't, which wouldn't be a huge deal most times except this is a controlled medication so it cannot be transferred or changed. He said he didn't know why someone would say they have it when they don't. Obviously he can't change their shipment dates so he couldn't do anything to help the situation at all.I'm not mad at the people I spoke with on the phone, I'm mad because when I called earlier someone either didn't know what they were doing or someone lied for whatever reason it was and they didn't have the medication there when they said it was. Now that the prescription has been called in there I will have to wait for the next day my doctor can be reached, as well as find somewhere else to get it called into because I'm not using this one anymore. Also, now it is too late in the day to reach back out to my doctor to get the prescription cancelled & sent somewhere else. I'll be off my medication for at least a couple days, if not more due to this person I spoke with originally confirming which medication with me and telling me they had it in stock & could fill it for me.Super frustrating and I've had a couple random issues with this same pharmacy in the past... Not going to use this store to get prescriptions anymore.

The worst pharmacy I've ever experienced...edit: they've stepped up in the last couple months.

Worst customer service ever. I called with a question and every time the phone would ring someone would pick it up and immediately put it back on hold without saying a word. Lost my business and all my friends business.

Sometimes they take a long time to fill your prescription. Closed drive through at random times, and closed inside at random times. When the drive through is open it’s usually a long line. Tonight was a good example of their poor customer service. The pharmacy was closed inside most of the day, and instead of helping the remaining two cars in line outside that had been waiting 20 mins or longer, they just slammed the drive through window closed in our face. Medical professionals that can’t work a few minutes past closing time to help people get their prescriptions… not good.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They will take a prescription and then wait weeks to fill it and only do so once you've called asking about it again. They closed the drive through and have no sign saying its closed, why its closed, and if there is a schedule for when it will be open. They also have a huge line of unhappy customers when you do go in. They dont even adhere to their schedule they post in the pharmacy. They close at random times, open at random times, and are on lunch breaks at random times. DO NOT GO HERE

Do not go to this location if you’re in need of pharmacy services. This is the 3rd time I have been to this Walgreens location for Pharmacy services and the pharmacy has been closed all 3 times. How you gonna call yourself a pharmacy when you’re literally never open due to “staffing issues”? Maybe pay your staff more and you’d be able to keep them. ?

Will never use this pharmacy again. Have been trying to get an important prescription for 2 weeks now. Every time I go they are closed, or there is a 2 hour line and the employees seem to have no idea what they’re doing. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy ever. Either 2 hour long line for pickup, or drive through only 1 hour line in car because they close the front. They don’t even tell you at front of store. Pharmacy leaves small note on shut windows. Never go to this pharmacy.

Doc sent in COVID antiviral prescription at 130pm, no same day service (they close at 7pm) COVID antivirals aren't High priority, even with their shortened effectiveness. Also, I can't go to the window for meds, as it's out of service. Brilliant.

They closed the drive thru, lines have become insanely log and as a result if you don't have at least an hour to wait, don't go. You may get lucky and gave little to no line but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. I've been trying to pick up a prescription for 4 days at this point.

Had my vaccination appointment cancelled for the 2nd time by these folks due to errors on their end in allowing me to book the appointment online. It would be nice if they practiced good customer service, fixed the error with their online system and honored the previously existing appointments instead of just saying "we're cancelling, you're out of luck go find a new appointment." I am now left scrambling to find vaccination appointments for my international travel and don't know if I'll get them. I can appreciate the tough position of staffing shortages, but I can't pass on not honoring your commitments; it's disingenuous to blame staffing shortages because if you cared about your customers, you'd approve the overtime necessary to honor your commitments when the error is your fault.

Pharmacy is horribly understaffed. Drive thru closed, no one answers phone, line inside was over 15 people

I'm not sure what's going on exactly other than hearing of short staff along with a lot of businesses around the country, but I am not able to reach anyone in the pharmacy and my prescription literally runs out tomorrow. I have an infant so I can't just drive back and forth up here to check the status of my prescription in person and because it's a new prescription (my doctor had to send in more refills) it's not showing up on the app for me to check the status. This is incredibly frustrating especially because my current prescription runs out tomorrow and my doctor sent in my refills back on 10/6. I've been on hold for well over an hour several times over the last week and eventually have to hang up to tend to my baby and I can't seem to reach a single live person. All the automated recording keeps saying is there are 2 callers ahead of me.. for over 40 minutes 2 callers have been ahead of me allegedly. I've even tried to click the option of being a prescriber and still can't get through to anyone. I'm about to switch my prescriptions to Costco.
