Avoid Tuality Medical Supply if you are able. They charged OHSU $245.27 for a $30 wrist brace. I was told at the clinic that it would cost "about $50.." which I thought was high, but agreed despite my reservations. Got the bill, $245.27. For a $30 item. 800% mark up. And we wonder why our health care system is so bad. It's corrupt and Tuality Medical Supply is part of the problem! AVOID! Tell your Healthcare provider you don't want to patronize Tuality Medical Supply!

I don't take reviews lightly, and don't like leaving a bad one, but in this case I feel what happened to me with this company warrants one. To be fair they did eventually resolve the problem. I fractured my knee in March and in April my doctor prescribed me a wheelchair through Tuality Medical Supply. To avoid a very long drawn-out story, I will just say they were extremely unaccommodating. Their store was not open, due to Covid, so they only did business by phone. They never answered the phone, you had to leave a message, which would often go unanswered. The wheelchair they eventually delivered was too large and the replacement chair they ordered was never delivered. To add insult to injury, they charged me for the chair I couldn't use. I called and left numerous messages asking for someone to call me back, emailed them, and finally sent them a letter with my unpaid bill asking for someone to call me about my bill, and still no one called me back. It is now July, three months after my doctor prescribed the chair. I was going to submit a report to the Better Business Bureau, but thought to call my Insurance company instead. Thanks to them, they were able to get in contact with them and it was at that time they informed me they removed the charges. They never bothered to contact me to let me know that, nor apologize for the bad service I received. Tuality Medical Supply was extremely unprofessional. To add a postscript to this, my husband had been renting a chair through another Medical Supply Company (Awesome company), and they charged us $60/mo. Tuality Medical Supply charged about $120/mo., of which my insurance was to pay half. It's frustrating because overcharging insurance companies is one reason why we all have to pay more for our insurance premiums.

For the first time in my life I wanted to do a Yelp review and then I see there's only two stars and I realized I'm not the only one that thinks that this business should be out of business very poor customer service very very very poor customer service I will inform my doctor and my insurance company but this is not the place to get medical supplies for a diabetic no wonder there's no one in the store no more no wonder there's no one answering the phones no more it's been over a week 3 phone calls on the fourth car I was told to call someone else this is a very unreliable business probably just milking the state and that's how they make the money cuz it ain't for helping client. They're out for the money and not yours the route for the insurance money

We have experienced this company billing our insurance(and us) for equipment we are not renting. They have shipped and billed us for supplies neither we nor the Dr requested. They have been impossible to deal with in getting this corrected. I wouldn't consider them honest or ethical and certainly would not recommend them.

Despite of me giving them a call numerous times but no one was answering their phone and I end up leaving a voicemail message all the time. To my dismay they keep sending my child the wrong size. This company is awful. They shouldn't be in business like this because they are unreliable. I am very disappointed. I will change supplier as soon as possible for my three children. Poor service!!!!

Sometimes the wait at the store is long, but the clerks are doing the best they can. They are understaffed and always busy. I have had to wait maybe 30 minutes to get my husband's catheter order filled. They are business-like but never rude. Since the COVID19 pandemic, I have been totally impressed with their delivery to our home. I call, leave a message about the order, and receive a call back within a business day or two. We usually receive our order within a day or two after confirmation. Very efficient and very much appreciated.
