I didn't get the car.. I had setup an appointment with a sales manager, to meet and finish the paperwork for the car and give them my down payment. Long story short, after several texts and calls, the guy told me he would get the car ready and set it aside for me if it was still available that day.. I finally get there after little over a 2 hour drive, just to find out someone at the dealership sold the car an hour before I got there. Now I totally understand used cars are first come first serve.. I personally just thought it was a little rude how it went about and the false promises essentially. I don't remember his name but the gentleman who told me it was sold at the dealership was pretty rude and didn't even apologize. Not even a simple courtesy call to let me know that the car was being purchased. I didn't think buying my first car would be such a bad experience. Even after I had worked so hard to save up enough money and was willing to give them $24,000 cash!!

Rafa and Fernando where very patient with me and where not pushy when I was looking for a vehicle. They made my experience very enjoyable. I will definitely be recommending them and coming back for my next car.

I took my Subaru over to Royal Moore for a 30,000 mile service. I wanted new tires too so I chose a little bit more heavy duty tire for my vehicle. The tire change went off without a hitch. The trouble started when I found that they had taken the old tires and put them in the back of my Subaru with all the grease and dirt and got it all over the carpeting and the interior. I was furious. I knew about shopkeepers responsibility and so I read them the riot act and made them clean it up. During the process of cleaning it up they broke my sunroof. Then they wanted to charge me over $200 to fix it. I complained to the management about it and told them in no uncertain terms that I was going to take them to small claims court if they tried to pull anything further. So they fixed it. Later I decided after what happened to go find a better car repair shop. When I took it to the new shop they discovered that nothing had been done for the 30,000 mile service that they charged me for over at Royal Moore Subaru. The brake fluid had not been changed the oil had not been changed nothing had been done. After this experience all I can say is let the buyer beware and avoid Royal Moore Subaru at all costs.

I ALMOST GOT RIPPED OFF by Royal Moore Subaru Service! In May 2022, they replaced my Subaru's front right's tire pressure sensor. Less than a year later, the warning light turned on again (despite all tires being inflated properly), so I asked them to check what's going on. They charged me $169 diagnostic fee (regardless whether they're going to do any work). Then they recommended me to replace all 3 (three) remaining sensors at the cost of $511 (original) or $302 (after market), that is in addition to the aforementioned $169 diagnostic fee. I balked at this ridiculous price, went to another tire shop in Hillsboro recommended by my wife. Their diagnosis is that only the front left's sensor need to be replaced (not all three, mind you), and the total cost is $90 (parts and labor). JUST JUDGE FOR YOURSELF!

Came here today with the intention of buying a car same day, new or used didn't matter. I was open and stated I was very serious from the offset. The sales person I had been texting throughout the day (Luis Rojas) prior to me coming in, happened to be out of the dealership when I arrived, even though I let them know I would be there at our agreed upon time of 4 pm. I was passed onto Raphael, who was helpful with the testdriving component, however, when I was ready to get to any kind of table to negotiate and review numbers on a couple of new (2023) cars on the lot that had accrued some mileage (~5000 or less) (hoping to also compare that against a brand new 2023 model without any mileage), I was then passed on to another salesperson from the Certified Pre-Owned lot down the street. A customer who Raphael had sold to the other day happened to show up to the dealership out of the blue and suddenly I was no longer important. That being said, Raphael assured me that if I was not happy going down the used route with the other sales person, I could come back to the new lot and he would be able to help me. Firstly, why put a used car on a new lot if you have to go to the certified pre-owned location to actually run the numbers on it? Additionally, I should have had a red flag up when they kept passing me along from one salesperson to the next. But what really got me, was when I had my time royally wasted by Fernando and his mid level manager from the certified pre-owned lot down the street. We had at least an hour before the dealership closed. Fernando insisted that I test drive the other vehicle even though I thought it was a waste of time since I already knew what to expect having test-driven the same model with even less mileage at the other lot. I tried to move us to a point where we could talk numbers but he had to wait to get all his paperwork together from a mid level manager who really did a number to piss me off when I asked for the invoice. I'm not an idiot. If I ask for something, I know what that something is. Also don't switch up and be surprised when I ask for an invoice when you guys state with confidence that "the dealership is very transparent". I would have honestly have been fine with them simply saying no. But the fact that they tried to fool me by calling a sheet of paper with a list of alternative financing options an invoice, upset me to no end. At that point, I knew I was not being taken seriously and was being given the run around. It also happened to be 5 minutes before 7 pm by that time, so I was not able to go back to Raphael. Makes me wonder, if sexism was involved. Do yourself a favor ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, don't waste your time coming in here hoping to be taken seriously only to wind up playing games with BOYS who don't know what they are doing. This Subaru location lost my business and I hope to warn others so that what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else.Lastly, as a PSA to anyone considering going to the pre-owned lot, the mid level manager stated verbatim "dont come here expecting to save $1000-$2000 on a vehicle. The most we can usually do is $200-$500." In the end, after ESC warranty packaging, I would have paid $7,000 more for a used 2023 model with 5k miles on it and an estimated 8% APR compared to a totally brand new model that includes a lifetime powertrain warranty and 3-6% special term APR. End rant.

The entire process from reserving the car to driving it home was very smooth. Luis Rojas was straight up with us from the beginning, and there were no surprises at signing. The finance manager, also Luis, was very friendly and straightforward and did not cram us into a tiny, overheated office to go over the financials. We loved our deal and will return when time again to trade.

I came in for an oil change and inspection of a vehicle we just purchased used for my son. We got the oil change, but check engine light is on and they require a diagnostic appointment to do that and it's over a $100 for a diagnosis aka to read the check engine light. I went to napa and they did it for free and now I have an appointment where I need to go for the code and saved myself that diagnostic fee. Oil change and service was friendly, I did come back and get a second key and fob made as the car only came with one. Bummer they make you have a separate appointment and pay a diagnosis fee to read a check engine light code when you can go to auto parts stores and they will read it for free. Saved me time and money and now have an appointment to get the code fixed at a mechanic shop recommended to me. If Royal Moore would have read it for free, I'm sure I would of had them fix it.

This was a reasonably pleasant car-buying experience until we got to the paperwork. Once we agreed on a price, I advised the dealership's representative that this would be a cash purchase - no trade-in, no financing. Nonetheless, the representative requested that I disclose my Social Security number.I inquired why he needed my Social Security number, since I was making a cash purchase. He advised that it was merely to "verify" my "employment". I specifically advised him that he was not authorized to make a credit inquiry. The representative advised that one would not be made and that my Social Security number would be used simply to verify employment. The following day, a hard credit inquiry showed up in my credit report. This was underhanded and dishonest. For this reason, I would caution anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle to avoid Royal Moore.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek. The dealership was extremely helpful when we ordered the car.The car arrived sooner than expected. We received a generous trade in amount and were impressed with the detailed and efficient sales process. Every employee we had contact with was very nice and accommodating. We love our car and we love this car company!!!

The actual parts department at the dealership is great. Always very friendly and easy to work with. Only four stars because of the online ordering. I ordered a part, which was simple enough, a couple days later I got confirmation it had shipped, then nothing for 4 weeks. The confirmation email has a “customer service” phone number but when you call, it’s three different sales pitches (are you over 60? Are you on Medicare? Do you want roadside assistance? Press 1 now!) then hangs up on you. Also, no shipping tracking number or anything else. I called the dealership directly and it turns out my part I ordered is just sitting there waiting for me. Not sure how long it’s been sitting but at least I can go get it now.

I've always trusted the Subaru service people. I've been bringing our 2008 Nissan Quest van here since they still owned Nissan. My favorite service guy was Dennis but he retired. Recently, I had them change my Quest's spark plugs but ran into some issues. The service department especially a guy named Sacramento went above and beyond and took care of us by not charging us for the issue we had with the van (after spark plugged changed). I will definitely use them again and again!
