“Roberta ( Bert) And Kathy have been at this place for many, many years. They know their jobs well. The new owner, Jasmine is great. The others who work there are friendly and competent. Can't wait until they are back on Main street. In their old spot .”

“I'm amazed at how clean the store is and how friendly the is stuff. It has little bit of everything, and the quality of the thing they sell, seem better than the thing sold in Walmart or other big stores. Great store!”

“I think the Fred Meyer gas stations are the only ones that have benefitted from the new self serve rule. The lines don't seem as long now and it's a quick in and out. I still enjoy the full service option.”

“I was super bummed when I had to change to this pharmacy due to the fact I could no longer drive through to pick up my meds. But this pharmacy has changed my whole outlook. The two ladies (one young and one a little older) have been nothing but stellar everytime I have come in (3xs a month)! The greet you with a smile, friendly and very thorough!”

“CVS pharmacy is a great place to get your prescriptions. This CVS is located inside the Target on the right side at the store, right next to the cosmetic section, and the products sections. The pharmacists are quite friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a local place to pick up your prescriptions, I would definitely recommend this location.”

“Best pharmacy staff ever. Always eager to help and accommodate even last minute Rx's. The staff remembers customers by name and are always happy and friendly. Pharmacists know their sh*t, and make sure there are no contraindications between meds. Thank you amazing staff!!!”

“They have everything we need, love the just for you app. They have a lot of Covid precautions, however many people cannot follow arrows. Great staff and service always. No complaints. Good chain store with great customer service. We usually can find some things here we can't find at others like the Stubbs Chili mix package.”

“I took my daughter in today for a college physical. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the exam, but if you need lab work done I would recommend making an appointment with the clinic in Beaverton instead. They have a lab onsite and the whole process is much more convenient. Today there was an error and we ended up waiting for an hour and a half at OHSU before deciding to skip the labs, after being told to just walk over and have the work done. There is apparently some difficulty sometimes with sending orders to the lab from the clinic. I'm sure they'll figure it out, it seems they recently started using a new system at OHSU and there are some hiccups, but again, in terms of scheduling and time, I would recommend getting your labs completed somewhere else if you don't live in the neighborhood. We were very pleased with the quality of care at the clinic.”

“Recently switched to Tuality pharmacy from Walgreens due to really bad service, long long lines (like over 30 minutes), never answering their phones, and bad prices at Walgreens. OHSU Tuality pharmacy is amazing. Every single interaction I’ve had with them has been outstanding, efficient and friendly. They’re really looking out for their customers both health wise and financially. And no long lines! I hesitate to review them since I don’t want the lines in the future but they deserve it! Only thing I wish is that they had hours on the weekend. But even then I spend way less time dealing with prescriptions now that I switched to them.”

“After dealing with Rite Aid and Walgreens for so many years I forgot what it was like to have a pharmacy with customer service! They were wonderful and made sure everything was taken care of before we left so, that when we came to get our prescriptions there would be no issues. Every pharmacy should be like this, I hope it continues.”

“I like costco as a whole and theyre always very nice and friendly but I just spent an hour at member services getting added onto a family members account because of one of the member service employees. He asked for my email and number after I had just received my membership and he spent 40 minutes inputting the information on the conputer only to then ask me "so do you have a costco account under this email or not?". I was confused because why would I even have one if I was not a member? and why wouldn't he ask that 40 minutes prior to struggling on the computer for nearly an hour? overall just an annoying experience, learn to ask customers basic questions before wasting your own time and mine as well. But this costco is great overall, excellent custom service when doing returns, I was just surprised at the level of incompetence this one time after going for over a decade to the same costco.”

“Great store staff. Everyone is friendly, cheerful and helpful. My only complaint is with the pharmacy. They never seem to have enough staff....they need help! The pharmacy techs are spectacular at their jobs and always nice.... but tonight, I pulled into the drive thru at 5pm with three cars in front of me. At 5:29 I gave up and went home.... with two cars still in front of me and no one attending the drive thru window. This is WAY TOO MUCH WAITING TIME!!! I repeat.... The staff they have is great but overworked!!! There are three check outs inside and one at the drive-thru. ONE person is handling ALL of the check outs. Get these people some help, for Pete's sake!!!”

“The ER team did everything they could to save my brother whom had stage 4 stomach cancer but he passed away. They were so kind and considerate of our feelings and helped us through the grief and the process. I will forever be grateful to the physicians and nurses who helped him and our family. It's a tough job and they help so many people under difficult circumstances and I want to compliment their expertise and commitment to the community.”

“Lance From meat was extremely helpful. I always get my meat gmcut here and he does it with a smile. Avoid the older lady with red head. She's super rude and needs to work on her customer service. Super lazy every time a question is asked saying they are not allowed to cut meat when I been for so long. Hopefully Lance rubs off and she will learn something from the nice man.”

“A beer writer I follow calls this location "The Unpopular Albertsons," and he's spot on. The place is just about never crowded -- maybe Christmas Eve and the first weekend of the COVID outbreak, but that's it -- and it takes forever for stock to turn over. I was last out here for Christmas and, since I'm now working from Oregon since the shutdown order, I've noticed that a lot of the holiday beer and seasonal items are STILL THERE. If it wasn't for COVID, none of the Valentine's Day items would've moved. This isn't great if you're a fan of fresh beer or hate seeing an entire day's production of baked goods get thrown into the clearance racks, but if you're a shopper here? Fan friggin' tastic. Everything's repeatedly on sale or clearance, you can wrap up your shopping in a reasonable amount of time and, if you steer clear of the self-check paddock, you'll be checked out of there in record time... conversation and all. I've watched this place do tweak after tweak for the better. It got rid of soda nobody was buying, an apparel section nobody was using, and a grill that did nothing but monopolize the front entrance. Instead, it now leans on its strengths: Cheap chicken Mondays, a dynamite bakery, shockingly good butcher department, the world's fastest Starbucks, a Freddy's quality wine department, and perennially overstocked ice cream and seasonal items. When the world isn't descending on it to hoard paper products and, for some reason, tortillas, it's the best supermarket in Hillsboro. I didn't stutter. F*** that overcrowded 185th Street TJ's, f*** the parking lot of death at Whole Foods, f*** the giant clusterfuck of a poorly designed shopping center combined with temporary tech employee customers at Sunset Freddy's, f*** the '50s throwback coolers and spoiled products at the TV Highway Safeway and Freddy's, f*** the one Grocery Outlet in this state that doesn't act like a Nordstrom Rack for New Seasons, and f*** the meanest, most clinically depressed New Seasons in the planet at Orenco -- and f*** its miserable, professionally transient shoppers even more. You should've transferred to Chandler instead, Intel drone. When all this settles down and life returns to some new form of normal, I eagerly await all the mouthbreathers returning to their WinCos and Bi-Marts of choice long enough for me to get a roll of paper towels and a six-month old pack of Jubelale at this still-unpopular Albertsons.”

“I hosted two baby showers this summer. One for my second oldest daughter and one for my youngest daughter a month later. I always seem to want something very specific for my gatherings, but bakeries seem to not give me what I want. That was not the case at the Albertsons bakery on Cornell and 25th in Hillsboro. Lucy and her team are amazing! They led me through the process the first time I went in and made sure to take pictures of my Pinterest wishes. I brought flowers in to add to the cake and we discussed things further. When I opened the box to set it in place the morning of the shower, I gasped. It was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted! Perfect! And it tasted wonderful. Lots of compliments from the guests. So clearly, a month later when I needed another cake I went back to Lucy and her team. I just missed Lucy upon my arrival, but the lady on staff assisted me, took the pictures of what I wanted mimicked from pinterest, and filled out the form with my choices. I never spoke to Lucy, but she once again perfectly designed the cake and cupcakes I wanted. I have bragged to all my friends and all who will listen about this amazing local option for beautiful and affordable cakes. Thank you so much for contributing to our special events.”

“Freddy is always fun to visit. It doesn't have the lowest prices, but reasonable and worth shopping in. It's easy to get in and out, usually has several employees to help if needed. I've been shopping here for several years and will continue to do so.”

“Employees are friendly, and it's my favorite pharmacy, they do go above and beyond to help customers if they have no insurance, locating coupons or ways to save you $$. Thanks for your great job.”

“Pharmacy | Kaiser Permanente Westside Medical Center is a great place to pick up all your prescriptions and medicines that you need. It's located right by the gift shop and the little cafe that they have inside. Overall lines were moving quite fast, and the pharmacists we're working hard, so people could get in and out faster.”

“Thank you to the pharmacist & staff that helped me get my medication filled from Michigan. She went out of her way to help me & fill it from Kroger. Thank you! As a nurse, I see all that pharmacists & staff have had to go through. All the Covid vaccines, testing, endless questions & more prescriptions than ever with limited staff I just want to say, I see you! Many people see what you are and have been going through and I thank you! Thank you for being there! Every single one of you! Thank YOU!”

“I've been a loyal shopper of Rite Aid through the pandemic time until current date. There some awesome employees who are willing to help me out majority of the time. They patiently help me while checking out to make sure I get my bargain prices. The 185th store I met a gal blondish with glasses so kind very patient with me. I decided I changed my mind on a item she made a quick refund which I appreciated greatly. Kudos to you Rite Aid with having the finest of employees plus a lot of different items that are available that you cannot buy at other stores. I'll be continuing to shop there for sure! Blessings Chris B.”

“Even though the last few weeks have been challenging at this location due to staffing shortages, I have to give this pharmacy a five star rating. I have gotten my prescriptions at this location for 18 years. The staff have always gone above and beyond in customer service. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs have worked so hard to fill prescriptions and go the extra mile to educate and assist their customers. It saddens me that so many people have given this pharmacy low ratings and have no sympathy for these dedicated employees. Since COVID, the additional responsibility of administering COVID vaccines constantly pulls the staff from their regular responsibilities. I wish everyone could understand what they have endured.Today was my third trip to the pharmacy this week as the pharmacy had to close for a few days due to lack staffing and my prescriptions weren’t ready. Yes, I’ve spent several hours in line this week, but I hope everyone will have a little compassion for what the pharmacy staff are dealing with. This week their internet went down for a day, so the few staff that were working today (one pharmacist and one tech) not only had to take care of filling current prescriptions, administer vaccines, unload a huge medication delivery and fill the hundreds of prescriptions that came in during the outage.I would like to give the pharmacist that worked today a huge thank you. His name is Ben. I got to the pharmacy a half an hour before it was to open. The pharmacist arrived around the same time. After clocking in, he came out and asked what I was picking up. Even though the pharmacy wasn’t open, he went out of his way to make sure my prescriptions were ready so I wouldn’t have to wait long after opening. He also took the time to find a coupon to bring the price down on my prescription that wasn’t covered by insurance. Unfortunately, there was only one pharmacy tech working with the pharmacist, so I know the tech and pharmacist were stretched thin.Hopefully, any pharmacy staff that left over the past few weeks will return. You are missed. I also hope that all customers will put themselves in the place of these people who are working tirelessly to serve you.”

“UPDATED 02/12/24.I had to redo my review as it appears that they are doing alot better with answering the phone. I had called last month to refill and they answered the first go around and then yesterday (2/11/24) I called and again they answered the first go around. So it appears that something was said so I figured I better come and redo my review. Thank you it's quite nice not having to call multiple times like the past. I really appreciate it. I have to call once every month so I'll come back and re-edit my review if needed. Thank you again. ?(Previous review ??)Like others have said the pharmacy is horrible. I understand they are busy but what pharmacy isnt? I have to call in order to check my wife's prescription status due to the type of medication (narcotic) . I have to call multiple times (10-20 times) and maybe someone will answer. At one point I actually had to drive there because no one would answer just to be told a couple more hours, they got the script at 10am and it was 5pm and not even in line yet to be filled. It's outrageous.”
