I had talked to a gentleman named Todd that had helped me out today. Went on a wild goose chase before this to figure out which rear axle I had for my Cherokee because the tags were ripped off and it wasn’t a factory axle, and had been changed from the previous owner. Not only did Todd help me figure out what axle was on my vehicle, he was knowledgeable to where I might be able to find the proper assembly kit for my repairs, and offered information on who to ask and where to look to aid in completing my repair. Any questions I had were patiently answered and researched, and answers to said questions were explained in depth. Napa has once again left a great impression on me when conducting business, and I am very pleased with the customer service they had provided.

Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location. Good prices and my AAA discount works as well. If they don't have a part in stock, they will order it for you, and it is usually there in 1 to 2 days. I will definitely be back! Thanks ?

Returned a faulty battery a while ago, received the warranty return but had to listen to a couple snide comments from Eric #228 while we went through the transaction of the return. Kept my mouth shut despite the condescending attitude with commentary.
