Marcus Graham was great and even picked me up at the airport when I can to pick up the vehicle. The team checked in with me regularly to make sure they were ready and was in and out when I was ready. Great job!

I purchased a 2012 BMW 528i from here about 3/4 years ago and after being told it was in mint condition let me just run through the issues it has had.A week into buying this car the engine mount cracked along with some major electrical issues that costed around 3,000 to fix.Two months later I’m told the timing chain is in need of replacement so I spent thousands more on the car to fix it.The AC stopped working about 4 months later along with the passenger side airbags. Had to replace both and then they both broke again!I bought it for probably around $15,000 and within 6 months I had spent nearing $10,000 on the car.I was lied to about it being professionally checked when it later turned out to be the dealers friend and this car has lost me thousands. Recently it’s engine completely died which is why I’m leaving this review years later.After the 6 months mark it has had several more problems I don’t attribute to the dealer because 1) it’s a BMW and 2) they didn’t happen near the time of purchase but the fact that I was lied to about this car being in great condition to then see it cost me thousands of dollars within the first 6 months was ridiculous. I almost reported the company to the BBB. I left a bad review as well years ago and it’s deleted now which is also why I want to post it again.This dealer cannot be trusted and if you do plan on buying a car don’t be stupid like me and do your research on the car and have a third party inspect the car and do not listen to what the dealer has to say. Also just don’t buy a used BMW from them you’re better off buying a new car twice the value from a reputable dealer who won’t take advantage of a naive teenager.

Ok experience as a potential out of state buyer.Ended up buying locally in the end. Could work a bit more on communication skills, especially when someone is considering coming in from out of state but overall a straight down the middle experience, not terrible, not terrific.

Inquired about a vehicle listing that we found on cars for sale. A.J contacted me in a very timely manner. I was considering flying in from Sacramento California to purchase a bmw x5 they had listed. I had quite a few questions and requested additional photos. I am very picky about my cars so i assume i probably asked for more assistance than the average buyer. A.J had no problem providing me with the info i needed and sending me more photos. He was very straight forward and honest with the condition of the car. When i showed up and looked the vehicle over i was very pleased to see that the condition A.J described the vehicle in was right on point. We came to an agreement and i was on my way. Vehicle made it all the way to Sacramento with no problems. Thank You AJ for your honesty, transparent communication, and a very nice bmw x5! *****

I purchased a 2008 BMW 328i in September with ~89000 miles.
The dealer (AJ) made himself available for the purchase after normal operation hours and it was great to deal with.
The car met my expectations and, besides the cracked windshield - fixed by Luxury Motorsportz at no cost - there are no issues and I am very pleased with it.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when the dealer failed to provide the second key of the car even though the bill of sell stated that it will be included.
The dealer assured me that the second key will come together with the title of the car BUT when the title came the second key provided by the dealer WAS NOT from the car I bought.
The dealer refused to answer to my request to have the cost for purchasing the second key covered and, therefore set me back $250 for purchasing a new spare key from Kuni BMW.
My advise: GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH AND A GOOD DEALER OVERALL. MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU NEED BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THE CAR OR YOU WILL NEVER GET IT AFTERWARDS.
Pros: good dealer, good car, fair price
Cons: never fulfilled his commitment to provide the second key of the car. Never answered to my request to cover the cost of the second key purchased from Kuni
Conclusion: Nice peoples to work with, good car and fair price. Great experience but unfortunately dishonest regarding the second key of the car.
Response to dealer's comment:
The fact that Luxury Motorsportz did not fulfill their commitments regarding the second key of the car WAS NOT A MISUNDERSTANDING BUT PURE MISLEADING! The dealer should've reimburse the cost of the second key as it was part of the price agreed to be paid for the car. The buyer actually paid additional $250 for the car making this a not so good deal.
The rating for this dealer could've been adjusted down in accordance with this incident but I still hope Luxury will make this right and pay for the key.
I will return with a new update after the Christmas.
