Great staff, decently priced monthly subscription. I do like that you can cancel and renew at any time. Makes it nice for times you will be traveling or some of those rainy weeks.
Cons…I swear they used to dry better! Additionally sometimes I find I have to go through twice or the following day to get all the dirt off. With the subscription it doesn’t cost many any more, but would be nice if the washing and drying were more powerful.

This car wash knocked off our car mirror. Kaady maintains that they do not warranty any part when the car is no longer under the new car warranty - so since our car is older than 48 months old, then Kaady will not cover anything. Kaady's own security cameras CLEARLY show our car going in with a mirrow and coming out without a mirror, but they maintain they are not responsible for anything. AVOID at all costs unless you're good with paying for a $500 mirror repair yourself.

Nice futuristic car wash ? never seen a Kaddy like this. Only thing they need to work on is waiting for the customer to say what they would like ? not just assuming the ultimate wash soon as u pull up ? they do this at every location cause it cost more, so you gotta pay attention.

Its a good place overall but you REALLY need to pay attention whether the person inside presses the Ultimate button or not, assuming you paid for it. 2 different occasions I've witnesses them NOT push it, and went back around, they gladly apologized and let me go through again. But this time, I forgot to watch, and after getting home and looking at the car Im pretty certain they didn't push the button. There are extra features like getting your tires and underside very clean, plus wax etc. I didn't have time to go back, its just really frustrating you dont get what you pay for all the time. They need a better system than writing on your windsheild and hoping the person inside sees it even with the sun glare on the glass and stuff. They are trying to guide your car in and not looking up I guess. I would give this 5 stars, but since its happened twice here for sure, and I believe a third, I have to give it a low score. Also, The buy 3 get 1 free was a better deal than the unlimited monthly pass.

Dad went through and the conveyor pushed his rig into the one in front of him. Worker there says it happens at least daily. They were supposed to review the video and call him back but haven't. Didn't even offer a refund or coupon to either party. Used to be a good place. Must be under new management skimping on equipment maintenance.

I didn’t really have high expectations for this place but my car was super dirty from driving long distance and I did the $15 car wash and i was SHOOK. The car literally looked like it was new. I’m not kidding. It looked so shiny like someone had waxed my car. I’ve gotten washes that claim this before at other places but this one actually worked. Needless to say, I’m now a fan! haha

Decent price for a good, fully automated car wash. Do use caution. The cleaning rolls can and will scratch your car. Usually, these are surface scratches that can be easily buffed out.
They also free vacuum if you wash your car.

I stopped into Kaady today, I had been traveling and my car was a mess. As per usual, the car wash bent up my front license plate, I typically just bend it back and tell myself I’ll get a frame for it next time. This time, I decided on a quick vacuum also. Next thing I know, a very friendly employee (manager?) ran over to let me know about my license plate. She offered to put on a metal frame at no cost to me. Talk about an act of kindness, especially in this economy.
