I was helped by Shannon to order Taiwan dollars before my trip. When she helped me, she asked if I wanted them in smaller bills and I said yes. Then the next day the money came and I picked it up at the branch. Lori was the one helping me pick it up. The money was in bigger bills and I said why. Lori tried to see if she could resolve it but ended up having to grab Shannon. Shannon said to me, condescendingly, that there is nothing they can do about it, because they can't control what they give the branch with. I was annoyed when she said that because she could have at least given me a heads up right from the beginning that she could not promise me that I would get the smaller bills. Shannon made it sound like it was possible to get the smaller bills.

I'm parked outside the bank when they start pressure washing the building. without putting a warning ⚠️ they are going to do it all the stone fell on my car I went in to tell them they did nothing.I had to move my car to the other side.

ZERO STARS! Just say NO for small business banking! Chase places holds on so many checks for an exorbitant amount of time. These are not checks from new clients and we are NOT a new account. These are checks from repeat clients, some of whom also bank with Chase. The straw that broke this camel's back is the cashier's check they're holding for 14 days (AFTER verifying the check is legit and funds have already been transferred from Wells Fargo to Chase). Why a two week hold when Chase literally HAS the funds???? Its asinine.

WARNING!!!!DO NOT BANK HERE!! DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY HERE!!The ATM TOOK HUNDRED OF DOLLARS I attempted to deposit into my account and DID NOT deposit it, instead gave an error message and DID NOT keep a record of my deposit attempt and gave NO RECEIPT!Gave me a number to call and waited for 30 minutes on a phone line for the 2 most UNHELPFUL people, especially the person by the name THENU!A person came in while I was going through this and said this has happened to them 3 TIMES!! DO NOT COME HERE!They should be reported to the better business bureau!!DO NOT BANK HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE!!

My wife went in with our 16 year old son to try to open an account for him. They said that you have to make an appointment online in order to open an account. But they also said that you have to be over 16 in order to make an appointment. But you can open an account at age 16. Totally does not make any sense. They will not be getting this new account. I don't know how they can stay in business when they treat customers like this. The place was empty, there were no customers in there. All they had to do was pretend like they cared and help us, but they didn't care, nor did they pretend to care. Lame. We will be going to OnPoint. They seem to care and want to help us.

Walked in to open an account. They said they don’t have time for me and I can do it online. I was the only customer inside the branch at the time. Hallie is the one who was involved in this conversation.I won’t be opening an account with Chase knowing how their customer service is. If that is an example of how I’ll be treated in the future, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

They held the check I deposited into my checking account for 10 business days because I hadn't previosly deposited a check at that location before. How ridiculous. Because of this I was late on my car payment.

So bad i canceled my credit card application before i was approved or denied which i was told would be immediate. Lies!
