The server that was provided by Anna was top notch, My kid’s screen looked like it had venom coming down on it. She was able to put a new screen, screen protector, and a cell phone case for a relatively inexpensive price. Highly recommend for any cell phone repairs.

Had my iPhone 11 screen fixed and even paid extra for the “top grade” screen. The next day there was a permanent black line down the middle of the screen. Went back into the store and the guy told me that typically meant a bad screen. But they refused to replace it. Paid $135 to go from a cracked screen to a defective screen. Now have to pay someone else to fix it.

Brought in my phone which had sustained a broken screen resulting in several lines across the screen, black blobs, and unpredictable screen taps that rendered the model utterly useless. Then, when I brought my phone to the employee's there that day, they would let me know that the phone would be repaired within a week after the part that they needed to order would arrive. They asked for a passcode, which seemed odd to me, and even $120 for the repair, but I nevertheless gave it to the staff.
When I had picked up my phone and entered the passcode, it automatically opened up to the gallery. A blatant breach of privacy, as I explicitly remember beforehand that after barely being able to type in the passcode when the screen was completely broken, I left off at the home screen, NOT my video gallery. I had also noticed an odd bump on the back of my phone near the camera that after pressing many times, made a "click" noise, and disappeared. Around the back of my phone was also the dried residue of the glue they used to glue my phone back together, sticking out.
I brushed it off though, and treated my phone very carefully. Two weeks later, when I pulled out my phone and layed it on my dinner table texting a friend, the screen suddenly turned black while I was eating. I tried the power button, but the screen only showed black. I felt vibrations and heard noises, indicating that the phone still worked and responded to my inputs, but I was completely blind to what was going on.
When I returned to the store to ask what could have happened, the same employee I asked abruptly said it would cost another $120 and I would NEED a full screen repair again for something that seemed to have happened on their end. And to add insult to injury, she said me not buying their screen protecter would have allowed me to have a free screen replacement, but after she wiped my phone's screen with a lens cloth and alcohol wipe and put it under a green light, she noticed a faint scratch that would have granted me that free repair HAD I had that screen protector. Ouch..
I still asked if maybe instead of a full screen repair, they could just open the phone and see if anything's wrong, and if maybe the screen really did need a full replacement, they could have explained to me where inside lied the problem. A lot to ask, but I can't be spending $120 every two weeks for their subpar service. I tried explaining I needed a clear conscious before I could commit to such an expenditure, but she kept insisting I would need a brand-new screen, and I just couldn't do that.

This place is the BEST! As a repeat customer, I would highly recommend Cellutech Repair to anyone that needs work done on their phone. I’ve been in for broken glass on my screen a few times, and for a battery replacement. Each time, Ana quickly and professionally repaired my phone and restored it to like new. Plus, Cellutech consistently beats their competitor's prices, which is a huge plus. I will definitely be back the next time I need a phone repair.

Our experience was awesome! They were the only place nearby to service our Motorola and our tech was great too! She had such a cheery attitude and very knowledgeable. Definitely going there again and telling our friends! Not to mention the price was definitely easy on our wallet!

Stopped by with my cousin to get a screen protector and case! Ana the girl who helped us was awesome! We also had a few questions about a screen we got replaced somewhere else and she happily answered all of our questions. We are definitely coming back to get our repairs done here! Thank you Ana.

I brought my iPad in because it wasn’t charging and the Apple Store said I would need to buy a new one. I’m glad I got a second opinion at Cellutech because they fixed it in just a few days for 1/5 what a new iPad would cost me. They were up front about pricing and there is a warranty with their repairs. This seems like an honest business and I will definitely come back here next time I break something.

First time coming to a repair shop and couldn’t walk out more happier. Ana helped us out and was so friendly and helpful. She was very informative and happily answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend to everyone and would happily come back again with any tech issues.
