This is SERVICE!, and I wish I had known about this place earlier!
I stopped in with my non-functioning CrossTrek hybrid charger cord to see if they had a replacement, since another dealership had quoted me $1,500 to replace it (???!!!). Here is how they fixed my problem: No replacement cord was available, so they said "Let's just test this on your car". Well, it worked. I went home and checked the GFCI outlet in the garage, and clicked it back on. Duh! I so wish I had found this dealership sooner!

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Accolade Auto and the owner, Jon Finwall made certain that our buying experience and vehicle were running in Tip-Top shape. One of the qualities that we really appreciate in Mr Finnwall is that he is willing to do more than what is expected. We were so excited to bring our new used Subaru home with us today. We would strongly suggest that if you want a good used Subaru that you give Jon your business; you won't be disappointed.

I buyed a used car from jon and it was realy nice to make business with him.
He even replaced a part that broke after a few month on his own cost, even when it was not covered by a warranty.
The first car dealer were I dont felt screwed over.

Great service on my 2002 Impreza WRX. I needed a new clutch set and the guys did an incredible job at a really good price. They showed enthusiasm and care with my car and it's running like new. Definitely going to return for big and small jobs in the future. Highly recommended.

Appreciate Jon and the rest of his team. After having trouble getting my car fixed and finding a good mechanic in my own town about 3.5 hours away, towing it to Accolade Auto was the best decision. It was a big relief knowing my car was in good hands and would get fixed properly. Thank you again. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Jon and the rest of the crew at Accolade are the MVP's of Subaru repair and maintenance. After many failed attempts at finding a good repair shop in East Oregon where I live now, I finally decided to trailer one of my Subarus across the state 3.5 hours just to make sure it was in good hands with Accolade.
Their prices are reasonable and they really know our cars unlike other shops including most dealerships.

I bought a used vehicle from here. During the test drive I spotted some potential issues. When I returned the sales guy Jon had also reviewed the notes and was proactively setting up some time for his techs to look at a different issue.
They ended up finding issues with the truck, fixed them all. Very customer focused, great work thanks!

Accolade auto is fantastic ! I have been coming here for over 7 years since moving from N.Y. My first priority when I moved out here was to find an honest and reliable Subaru dealer . I found one in Accolade Auto ! I've found their pricing to be fair and their workmanship Excellent ! If you have an emergency Accolade Auto will do their best to accommodate . Highly recommend !
